Location and everything else Location
-
Excellent location, close to everything It does not have draws so everything is for show off

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and we stayed there at different times during our entire Greece trip. The first 2 rooms we stayed were tight on space for a family of 4 but clean. Breakfast was complimentary and had a good spread. The last room was a pent house with a wrap around Terrace with a view of the acropolis, which was magnificient. The roof top restaurant had good food as well. While the hotel itself had their own Security staff, we did not realize this specific street runs directly through the Omonia district, which per TripAdvisor and other sites is not desirable. While we walked to Monastraki square and back around 9/10Pm in the night back to the hotel, would reconsider staying here again.

The room had a great balcony and view of the Acropolis, my primary reason for booking. The breakfast at the hotel was very good. Staff was very kind and gave me a suggestion for a late night dining option at I Kriti. I was told by every driver that dropped me off that it was a bad area. I felt ok walking around, but as I walked west on Veranverou towards Omonoia Square, it got progressively more seedy. Aside from the location, the hotel is fine.

Very nice Nothing to say

The view from our suite was phenomenal Staff was not able to help me/direct me to a courier (DHL/UPS etc) to ship items purchased as gifts home. This might be a good piece of information to have on hand.

Staff, cleanness, location, service, a very nice city hotel for a short stay

I have zero complaints from this establishment, it was spotlessly clean, in a convenient location and with polite and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent as well.

Room size relatively smaller than we expected

The breakfast was amazing and had lots of choices Location is terrible, and rooms were just ok
-
There's nothing I can say bad about this place! We loved it
-
The breakfast was spectacular and really over the top! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the rooftop restaurant was delicious and the waitstaff courteous. Only two tiny elevators for only three people at a time and 9 floors in a very busy hotel.
