Horrible shower. Euros do not know how to manage shower splash with their half glass doors. our floor flooded and the drain in the corner still allowed water everywhere.
-
The staff and location were nice. Ice machine for guests and little cheaper drinks at the bar. We would have drank more if they were more affordable.
-
Some of the rooms seemed a bit tired and need some updates.
-
Location and view are great. Some finishes are aging.
-
Great location. Pool side restaurant and then the fancier proper restaurant, both awesome

Fantastic location. A close walk to everything but in the hills in an upscale neighborhood with amazing views. The rooftop restaurant has great drinks, food, and service with a breakfast buffet that has many options. The room was truly comfortable for 3 adults (unlike other hotels where you get a rollaway bed). The views from the balcony and the rooftop restaurant and pool areas were unbeatable. The staff was amazing and available at any time. Rooms are a bit basic but exactly as puctured

Location, view and rooftop pool were fantastic. Mini fridge was too full. Less options inside would allow room for us to actually use the fridge for cold water.

The breakfast was delicious and really helped us start each day off right. The incredible view of the Parthenon from the hotel made everything even more special. Everyone on the staff was so friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable and at ease. Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. nothing

Super view and roof top restaurant for breakfast The staff super professional and helpful We had a room next to central air conditioning and was very noisy but the staff was very helpful and changed the room immediately The spa was in renovation but the staff gave us compensation so overall we were very happy ! Thank you

Great location, clean nice views.

Location is not ideal if one is moving around town on foot.

The view from the expensive restaurant on the top floor was excellent and from the balcony of the room. We tried the steam room for no extra money, but it was not working well. You could NOT control your own temperature in the room. The hotel had the heat set way too high and the only way to cool the room was to open the door to the balcony, so that is how we slept, with the door open to the outside, otherwise we would not have been able to sleep. Also, we received many marketing texts through WhatsApp, but the two times I responded to them, no one answered. So, they were just meant to encourage you to spend more to upgrade y our room, but not really to assist you in any way.

I had a lovely room with a balcony that was an upgrade. Breakfast offerings were diverse and plentiful.
-
Very clean, room was ready. I have stayed at the property several times and to see my view this time (which I paid for ) you had to be on the balcony. All my other rooms at the hotel had a much better view.
-
The view to acropolis, the quiet location in the edge of city center.the staff was very polite. The building is old but renovated, however the room was TOO small. There is a parking in the basement of the hotel that you need to pay extra. The breakfast was nothing special (buffet with basic English breakfast, basic quality) Its not value for money and definitely it does not reach a 5 start hotel expectations.
-
It was November and the entire hotel had switched off the AC, but the room was stuffy and to sleep with the window open with the Athenian traffic on the second floor makes for a miserable night. No other solutions were offered. Ac should be available the entire year

Staff Heating system is problematic
-
The rooms can be better.

Location Hotel rooms were not clean ! There were hairs all around the room. The staff was was rude. Because of a misunderstanding about transportation (which was totally hotels mistake), the staff yelled at me.

The view was great!
