Great location, good size room and bathroom.

Perfect location, great rooftop views
-
The location was the only good thing The shower head wasn’t clean and the bathroom had a bug in the sink and the toilet was stinky when we checked in the only good thing is the location horrible experience and also the towel hanger was broken

Very fun location in the heart of Monstariki. Nice clean room. Entry to suites very hard to navigate with luggage and a baby carriage in the way. Arrange your own transportation as the taxi driver that was arranged for our transport took advantage and charge way more than the normal fee.

Excellent staff and service, easy to contact. Beautiful, well-appointed room with every need anticipated. Perfect walking distance to the Acropolis and Monastiraki Square, restaurants and shops, and public transportation. I wouldn't hesitate to return. No Kleenex in room.

The room was large and spacious, equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was cleaned daily, and to a high standard. We had access to a great roof terrace which had the most wonderful view of the Acropolis. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring the city, within walking distance of everything. Everyone we met in the building was incredibly kind and helpful. The only criticism would be that it was rather noisy being located near a main road. However, this was as expected given the ideal location for all sights.

Everything was perfect. The delux room is very spacious and if you’re traveling with family it’s a must. The rooftop view is amazing and the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful with anything you need. Nothing at all, it’s amazing.

Absolutely beautiful rooftop view. Prime location near many attractions. Amazingly friendly staff. Insanely delicious food at the attached restaurant.

Location, host, Cleanliness and responsiveness. Very helpful host & team. A great & memorable stay!! A little bit of cloth hanging in the bathroom and a stand for toiletries in the shower area would make it perfect! Not a game change though!

Very friendly staff & great location’ Nothing :)

The location was excellent — just a 4-minute walk from Monastiraki Square, and two metro stations were nearby, which made getting around Athens very easy. The rooftop was a highlight: the view over the city and the Acropolis was absolutely stunning, especially in the evening. The hotel felt quiet, safe, and comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, supportive, and welcoming — always kind and ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was very clean and well maintained, and housekeeping was done daily. A special mention to the cleaner, Vivian — we had such lovely conversations about Greek and Armenian culture, which made my stay even more memorable. I also appreciated how peaceful it was at night, with no noise at all, so I could truly rest and enjoy my time in Athens. Nothing — everything was great! ?

The location is excellent. The rooftop patio view on the Acropolis was exceptional!! Room was large and comfortable. Great shower. We would stay there again.

The room was quite large and clean and just a lovely refuge. Loved the Nescafe and the rooftop deck to drink it on. Crazy to see the Acropolis and so much history right in front of me from the deck. It was nice to watch the city wake-up. The staff was amazing and responsive to emails and messages before, during and after our stay. We felt really well taken care of. Once we found the place the first time, it was easy to locate for the rest of our trip. Our taxi driver gave us the wrong side of the street to find the hotel (because that is where Google maps has the hotel located) so we were a bit confused. It is not easy to locate as the window on the door behind a low hanging awning has the hotel's brand on it and the door is between a restaurant and an ATM. Best to use street view and pictures from the booking site to hone in. However, it was a beautiful morning, and we were mesmerized by the spectacular sunrise at street level. If you are set on a view of the Acropolis from your room, ask about it at booking. You have a 50% chance of getting a room with that view when you book the top floor (Temple view) and we did not get it because I assumed that was what I was paying for and did not think to ask. The temple we did get was lovely, but it was not the view I was hoping to surprise my husband with. Note: He was still thrilled.

Management was helpful in many ways, including setting up our transportation from the cruise ship, then to the airport at the end of our stay. Perhaps the best part was the rooftop terrace. It offered an incredibly beautiful view of the city. I should add that it felt very safe. The building was secure as was our room. This I only mention to give potential travelers a heads-up. It did not truly detract from our stay; we took it as part of the Athens experience. The reception area was not much more than a hallway in size and at first I feared we were in the wrong place. The elevator was very small. If two people road it together, they should like each other very much! That was actually fun after long days of walking. I LOVED the spiral staircase, but it needed more regular cleaning. I wanted to take a video of going up and down it, but kept waiting for after it had been swept and mopped. The last part is the ONLY thing that _might_ keep us from staying again: the furniture was not comfortable for our aging bones. Some may like the very firm mattress and livingroom seating, but we found it difficult to comfortably rest. That might have been different for us if we were twenty or so years younger.

Excellent location - walking distance to all major attractions. Beautiful room - extremely spacious by European and American standards (we stayed in a Family Suite). 4 separate beds which was a great surprise. Make sure you are ready to drop off your bags when check-in person may not be there - it's not a full-service hotel. However, they were extremely receptive, respond to messages right away. Communication was easy .
