Location was great. Room was small. Interior window. Door very hard to open. Step up to area of sink. Heard water running in next room when they took at shower.

The hotel staff and location were amazing. Bathroom was a little smelly but not sure if they can control that.

The location is good. The view of the room was bad. First day nobody cleaned my room although I left the sign. I had to notify them the day after that I need someone to clean the room. The breakfast wasn't good also.

The room was really nice, the concierge was friendly, the restaurant or bistro was excellent and our server (who was the manager of the restaurant) was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The bistro is a hidden gem! See above

Location The hotel looked rundown. Unfinished paint and finishings, no help for luggage, rooms were standard, felt like budget stay.

Excellent location close to lovely restaurants and an easy walk away from central locations. The room I was in was sizeable and comfortable with a huge balcony. All the staff were super friendly and extremely helpful with recommendations and tips. Some nights were quite noisy with music coming from nearby night clubs but it wasn't a train smash for me personally.

Very clean large modern room and bathroom. Big very comfortable bed, room was very quiet at night. Shower was very large with excellent water pressure & hot water. Lots of electrical outlets. Close to, though not in, Plaka and Psirri. Walkable to tourist sites and restaurants. Room and hotel were quite plain. One rather boring picture of the Acropolis on the wall-no other room decoration.. There is no lobby or outdoor space so no place to sit outside of your room (just a check in desk). The WiFi was terrible until the last night of our 5 night stay. The neighborhood is ok, part looked kind of sketchy though we had no problems with safety.

The location is great and close to two safe car parks. It allowed for easy walking everywhere. There is some construction outside that if you plan to rest in mornings could be very loud.

Spacious, clean room, all towels changed every day. Good location, lots of places to eat and drink. Close to all the main places Very nice and helpful staf The hotel didn’t turn on yet the air conditioning ? But they gave us small ventilators.

We requested a late checkout because our flight was late at night and they assisted. We came back to this hotel after a long trip in USA, and it really felt like coming back home ? Thank you, and soegual thanks to Effi, she was just wonderful! Nothing, it was perfect ?

The Hotel was amazing, the staff was warm and welcoming, the room was big, and very comfortable for a family with 2 teenagers ? The reception team us great and helped us a lot with finding our way around, ordering restaurants and discount for the tour hop-on bus. There is a great auto laundry service 2 minutes walk from the hotel, called "Easy wash", very recommended Nothing, it was ? ? perfect.
