Front desk staff and the servers at breakfast were delightful and on the ball!

Expedia Double charge me for the room when I called about it. They said there’s nothing they can do but originally they said they would take care of. It sent me an email afterwards stating there was nothing they could do about it. I will never use Expedia again when I get my bill, I will file with American Express and have one of those charges removed from my account. I will never use your company again I am a Doubletree rewards member. I don’t have any problem with Doubletree. I have a problem with Expedia. You’re a terrible company. I will make sure I let everyone I know not to use your company.

Room was not ready at check in, lobby was hot with no ac, charged 50 to park one night due to Braves game. Room was at least clean, spacious and ac worked but probably would not stay here again.

Great location if you are going to a Braves game. The outdoor pool area was nice. The indoor pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. The air conditioner in our room didn’t work as expected. The bed was hard. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work. Staff weren’t very friendly.

The hotel was convenient to our destination at Truist Park. The elevators sounded like they would hang up at any minute. There was a constant loud noise that sounded like thunder in our room.

Breakfast was wonderful! Food was delicious and a great variety to choose from. Staff was very attentive. The only comment is there were used food dishes on trays for two days on a table by our elevator. Wasn’t a good look.

No ac, dirty areas, pool closed. Could not use amenities.

Staff was great I was disapointed in the swimming pool- green and slimy looking on the bottom- we elected not to swim- also, the hotel was oversold as is usual for a Braves game and we did not get the two beds we booked, with the result that my adult son had to sleep in a VERY short twin rollaway that he couldn't even stretch out on. The shuttle service to the Braves game is an absolute joke- we had to wait 3 times for the shuttle to take us over, and even though we left the game as soon as it was over, there were at least 50 people waiting for a 20 passenger van and the van driver REFUSED to make any more runs past 10:15 which resulted in a very tense situation that almost turned into a BRAWL with 50 people trying to crowd into a van which couldn't possibly hold them all, even when using the luggage area for an additional 5 passengers. I was told flatly by the driver that if I expected a shuttle back to leave at the end of the 7th, which is crazy- I'm not paying $350 for tickets and another $200+ for hotel and missing the last two innings of the game. Doubletree needs to put on an additional shuttle and run until at least 11:00pm for night games. The result of this stupid and unsafe situation was that I, a 71 year old female, with a hip being replaced next month, WALKED the 1 mile back to the hotel. And I won't be staying there again. As a Hilton Honors member, I will also be contacting corporate about the situation. The breakfast/pay parking is ridiculous at $16.99 per person plus $25 for parking and the hotel doesn't even offer EV charging, like most Hiltons do, so we had to drive our non electric car. All in all, a dissapointing stay and far below the service level we expect and usually enjoy from the Hilton family of hotels. Nope, not staying again.

There was an issue with their system. I was not allocated a room until 10pm on my day of check. My issue is: I would have been charged had I not shown up. However, the hotel is accepting no responsibility for the inconvenience of it's guest.

Did not eat the breakfast. The room was nice. Bed was cozy The air conditioning in the room did not work. So woke up a couple of times sweating my butt

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Room and bathroom very old. Only self park available not downtown but still charged to park, yet still at your own right. So the charge is just because they can as they offer nothing for it

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Staff was nice. Slow computer made check-in last 20 minutes, long line formed behind me. Rooms were clean but pool was awful—full of green algae, surprised it was open.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Location to Truist park was nice but staff should explain the 30 minute walk to the stadium is not easy. The walk has numerous hills that are strenuous. I didn’t like having to pay for parking while paying for a room at the facility. Parking should be included for all paying guests.

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

Room was clean. Hotel close to many things! Shuttle just runs to battery on game days, just FYI. It’s a nice hotel, but you can tell it’s dated. Pool needs more maintenance. Algae growing. Indoor pool/spa area completely closed for maintenance. Which looks like they started but just deserted the job. Staff was wonderful though!

Paid parking through 3rd party parking. The app messed up and I am still working to get it straightened out. When you reach out to the parking company, their response is they will get back to you in 5 days.
