Don’t even let an animal stay there! Very dirty and unsafe. The smell of the room was awful I had to just get up and check out

I’m sure it will meet the needs of some, just not us. The pictures do look nice online and I’m sure if they actually cleaned it and got rid of the random people hanging around it wouldn’t be bad

Cons: Poorly maintained property, parking lot had pot holes, doors didn't lock properly (was addressed and fixed by staff when we brought it to their attention)

Absolutely AWFUL. Do NOT stay here. Looks NOTHING like the photos on Expedia. They should be ashamed to even offer this property to their customers. Cars with bullet holes on cinder blocks without tires in parking lot. Homeless people sleeping under trees… the smell in the lobby was atrocious and there was a larger than a quarter size dead cockroach on the floor. I’ve never been so disappointed. Left the property to book a different hotel to stay in. It totally unacceptable for Expedia to show a property that looks nothing like it does in person.

Definitely a cheap place to stay. Parking area is sketchy but it’s within walking distance to the baseball stadium. Rooms need some TLC but they sleep.

Not sure where the positive reviews come from!!? Not safe location. Property is mostly used for monthly/weekly rentals. Broke down cars in lot with flat tires, room was clean, adequate. I was asked twice on the way to my room for a “ smoke”. 3 AM people on the balcony still talking/yelling. Makeshift cat/critter boxes placed in bushes. Very sketchy. Would not stay again.

I need a hotel real quick and fast. This did exactly what I needed to do. I also had my dog, which they accepted

Property & rooms need a little updating & cleaning. Tremendous value & nice walk to Truist Park. Rather easy on off access of I-75. Not for long term stays but great for low cost compared to neighboring hotels & tons of food options walkable in the area.

Room was clean, staff was helpful, air conditioning was ok, bed was clean. The area seamed to be unsafe. Fireworks fired by one of the someone at midnight. The room had a smell in it.

Staff was okay. Property was terrible.

All good for a budget-friendly stay

This place looked so horrible on the outside that I didn’t even stay for the night even though I had already booked with my credit card. Many of the windows were broken and boarded up, people were hanging out in the parking lot and all around the hotel. I have no clue how this place has been given such good reviews. I highly recommend avoiding this property.

Room was clean, just a had little bit of a smoke smell. Other than that a great stay for a very reasonable price very close to Truist Park.
