Motel 6 Atlanta Smyrna / Ballpark

I had to stay here when I was in a financial crisis, but I spent out a lot of money because I booked through a 3rd party. They charged me a early check in fee just to extend my stay, They overcharged me for one of my bookings and told me to give a good review to get my money back ( which I never did) I cried the last day because I had no more money to book. Between food, gas and the extra fees it drained my account til I couldn’t stay anymore. If you stay here know they have something against third party bookings!!!

Customer service needs work

Booked a room with a King bed checked in early and got put into a handy cap room which I appreciated because I did not want to climb the stairs. The room did need some updating especially in the bathroom but it seemed updating was going on to other parts of the motel so hopefully the rooms are next. No roaches or bed bugs, just super outdated room! The bed was comfy and the sheets were clean! My biggest complain was that the shower curtain rod was curved so the curtain would slide to the middle not covering the whole tub so water would leak all over the floor. They need to install straight shower curtain rods.

The water pressure was extremely low and made bathing for our family way more time consuming than it should of been.

Dirty rooms decided to check out once we saw the room didn’t even stay there asked for our money back and the guy at the desk said no

Disappointing

While the outside of the building was dated and in need of an update, the room I stayed in was newly renovated and very clean. The staff was friendly and prompt when notified of an issue with the microwave. It is close proximity to a Target and a few restaurants. It's also a short drive to the Battery and Truist Park.The area was quiet and it was a very nice stay.

Location Room wasn't clean got attitude when I reported the room smelled like dog urine on the regular. The fridge barely worked. This was a Roach motel had to get out immediately. Oh and not to mention the loud Mexican music playing from 12am to 4am. I was done when I left one day and saw a cock roach walking a pit bull

I recently stayed at Motel 6 Smyrna and had a positive experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the air conditioning worked efficiently throughout my stay. Although the property is still undergoing renovations, it did not affect my comfort. One of the strongest advantages of this location is its convenience, with Target, Chipotle, Wendy’s, Shell gas station, and additional shopping and dining options all within easy walking distance. Overall, I would gladly stay here again and recommend it for its value, cleanliness, and accessibility.

This is a nice hotel little expensive but every thing is around there and it was the cheaper one for the area

The couple staff I saw were friendly and the location isn’t bad, although 2 different map apps sent me to Target’s parking lot and said arrived.

GREAT STAFF. Room was just freshly remodeled and it was really nice.

I really liked the hotel’s convenient location. It’s within 0.5 miles of Starbucks, Dunkin’, gas stations, and various stores, which made everything very accessible. The ballpark is also just about a mile away, and the hotel offers easy access to the highway, making it a great option for getting around.
