Don’t stay here

The front desk staff were exceptional. Very personable, polite, they gave us recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Our room was fantastic. Loved having a recliner in the room. The bed was very comfortable. The room was large. We will definitely stay here on our next trip. Nothing. Everything was exceptional.

Everything was good. I was accommodated for a late night check in . Only complaint was my bathroom did not have tissue

So close to the testing center!! Easy stop by Target. Super clean. Beds are comfortable. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided.

The staff was nice and friendly. The room was very clean and our overall experience was great!! The only bad thing I would have to say is that they do not have a breakfast bar of any type but other than that it was a great place to stay

Awesome staff and very clean hotel. Great coffee, just like the the gentleman stated when I checked in, "Bean to Cup".

Friendly front desk staff. Large, impeccably clean, AND quiet room-even on the second floor. Nice kitchenette. Dove hair and body wash was nicer than usual brands hotels use. Walkable 30 minutes to Truist Park (although hilly). We would definitely stay here again over other places.

The room was clean and very nice. The staff was amazing especially Ryan who so kindly helped us with our computer issue!

They were very lazy about keeping up the property. Had to beg them for fresh towels and washcloths. Nearly never changed the sheets. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

Property and staff were great

My main complaint is that my sheets were dirty. There was hair all over the bed and you could tell the sheets weren't changed from the previous person. When we went downstairs to get clean sheets that night and the staff member was sleeping and clearly very hard because he would not wake up even as we were right next to him. The next morning after shift change, we requested new sheets and told them what happened, they apologized and came right up and changed them.

I didn't have that welcoming feel as you get when you walk into the hotel. The front lobby area needs to be more welcoming. Room has a musty smell and the carpeted area felt wet and sticky. It was not a good feeling at all. I had to wear my slippers it felt really nasty. Staff was friendly.
