I stayed 8 days. There was no housekeeping at all. The hotel is not clean, and there are smells everywhere. They advertise that breakfast is included, but that's a big joke — they only have coffee and small snacks, which is not breakfast. Some of the staff were not helpful. I requested a one-hour late checkout, and they denied it rudely.

This place is so much like home from the staff to the guest. I can rave and rave about how great of a property this is and just my appreciation to them always helping and making my stay a priority. Sad I’m leaving honestly but hopefully something works out and I can come back.

I have to give this staff and hotel and guest a million stars,I had to be rushed to the hospital and when I say I was taken care of and my room was safe and I’ve been checked on every since by the staff. I truly consider them as family now and my life was in there hands. I truly appreciate them and this hotel.
