Nothing was good here, lobby bathroom dirty , beds are hard , patched up walls, eggs were cold bacon not cooked enough.

Do your research on this place see if they allow you to go in and look around at the pool area maybe the rooms check the television our windows were dirty. Our television wasn’t working and only got one station someone from the front desk came up to try to fix the television, but that didn’t help. They either need to get rid of the current Internet provider they have and go with another company that’s stronger. There were some dirty linens on the bed and we had not been in the room yet so we felt very uncomfortable. Did not get a good nights rest.

The rooms were pretty dirty and there was a weird smell on our floor (4th floor). The pool was "temporarily closed". A random other guest was able to enter our room during the night and then our room keys stopped working, so I'm guessing the overnight staff mistakenly coded a guests room key to our room. When I brought this to the front desks attention, no explanation was given and was just dismissed and the clerk said "I don't work overnight". Breakfast was okay. Eggs were very wet and sausage was cold, but pretty standard for Continental breakfast.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was to be expected, clean and comfortable! The lady at the front desk on the night shift was awesome! She was very helpful and friendly! They do need more staff though, the main areas could have used some cleaning. The elevator needed sweeping. The one lady can’t do it all! Overall, we would stay here again!

If a manager read this , please train your staff better, Laquinta has a good reputation. Remember you are in a hospitality industry. However, I have already flagged this hotel to my 80 contractors traveling around Atlanta. I end up spending the night at Fairfiled with a very nice customer service. This was never about paying but how you treated us.

Check in was fine. This hotel is dated for sure. Loose handle on the bathroom door and odor to the room. Disappointment in the cleaniness of the room the sheets were dirty, hair on the pillows, the floor wasn't vacuumed properly. Pool was closed no explanation very disappointed.

The spoons that were given to me when I needed it. The Saturday morning staff on June 20 2026 the desk receptionist and cleaning crew were not only rude they fussed at me and my guest over towels. Our room was not clean when we checked in and our tub was dirty and clogged. The window glass was broken

Free breakfast, location of Hotel, room layout. Cleanliness. Our room still has fresh stain on one of the sheets, the top of the HVAC unit had gum on it. Corners of bathroom has hair and dust that looked like it had been there a long while. Elevator was in same condition. Trash was not emptied in hallways or lobby from day before.

The elevator had the same trash in it from check-in to check-out; so cleanliness is not a top priority. There was mold around the windows in our room. Thank God, due to me having allergies, I brought my room air purifier; or I would have been making a trip to the ER. And the pool was disgusting. Thank God it wasn’t open.I’m so disappointed in Wyndham Corporation; buying up all these hotels, but never doing anything upkeeps. No, they’re all about their timeshares and sticking the man! FIX YOUR HOTELS BEFORE YOU BUILD ANYMORE WYNDAM RESORTS!!!

Esperaba un lugar limpio y cómodo para mi familia, pero fue todo lo contrario. Las instalaciones necesitan mantenimiento urgente y una mejor atención a la higiene. No volvería a hospedarme aquí ni lo recomendaría a otras personas. Muy decepcionada con nuestra estadía.

I enjoyed my stay. Great location. Everything was near by . My room was clean . Hate the pool was closed but overall a good experience.
