Hotel room was not clean, I went to front desk to ask to change rooms and the staff was very rude and seemed very irritated. She was there on 6/27/2028 along with 06/28/2026 so I was not able to get a better room as she did nothing to help except act like I was bothering her.

Too many kids, Too much traffic

Room very dusty and sheets made me itchy really bad. Very disappointed with guest next door to my room to the left. They were arguing and fussy at each other loudly and playing loud music up until 4am so I had to go sleep on the couch after dealing with the noise all night. There needs to be someone to patrol the hall at least once in the evening. First night I had to park across the st due to all parking full so why did I have to pay $10 for parking. I asked for top floor cause I thought it would be quieter but I was given 4th floor.

The room was completely outdated and not in good enough shape to sit on. If I was able, I would have left but was too tired from driving. The setup was nice and if it was updated it would have been perfect but a disappointment instead…
