For the price, I expected a little bit more, but my stay was great! The staff was friendly and helpful, but there were no microwaves in the regular rooms and only the suites, so I had to go down to eating area to warm up food. The room had a weird smell, but not unbearable and my toilet could’ve used better cleaning. The bed was amazing and I slept well. I would stay again just because of it’s proximity to my on-site job, but there are similar or better hotels in the area for lower rates.

I loved the service and availability of the employees. They were welcoming and catered to my family's needs and wants. The facility was clean and breakfast was good. The view from my windows had a cloudy mark on it. I would have liked to see the view of the city more.

I always stay here when I come in town. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and the full breakfast definitely makes it worth staying!

It is in a good location, the room is clean, and everything is well-equipped for the price.

There was no microwave, which I’ve never run into anyplace before, so we had to eat our expensive left overs cold. We checked in 10:30 pm and no one else was checking in at that time. We waited almost 30 mins in the lobby and still zero luggage carts. We even checked the hallways on all 5 floors. Just had back and hip surgery so making multiple trips carrying heavy bags was very painful. The electric outlets near the bed didn’t work so had trouble using my CPAP machine. The AC wasn’t very good either. The elevator made very strange noises which was scary to my kids. I would not recommend staying here!

The property has easy parking, easy check-in, and is very clean. I had no issues regarding any details. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was simple and very clean. Only thing to note is there is no safe(at least in my room). The breakfast options may be simple, but it was decent for being free and available. My only suggestion on that was maybe to have it run later than 9:00 a.m., because I saw a couple of families and older couples coming down after it was closing up.

The staff was super friendly. My room was clean. The continental morning breakfast was nice. They served scrambled eggs. Bacon or sausage. Muffins. Oatmeal. Several types of yogurts. Cereal. Fruit bagels. All kinds of toppings for the oatmeal and yogurt. Plenty of juice, coffee tea. It was a nice continental breakfast. My biggest problem is that the hotel was outdated. It rained quite a bit while I was there and all I could smell was like this musty old smell. The front sign was literally falling off the concrete base and we missed our turn because we couldn’t see the sign with the name of the hotel. With tax the room was like $121 a night. If I’m gonna spend that much money next time I’m going to try a different Marriot.

Quiet area and near CHOA the reason we stayed The pillows smelled, the bathroom floor had water under it and when you stepped on it water from what/who came up. All I could think is germs! I cleaned my feet with Clorox wipes. Outside the door the carpet was taped down where a seam was coming up. And I saw a huge roach in the hall way. The bathroom floor was the issues I told them about but the guy at the office door told me that it happens at his house too! My thought is where is that water or liquid coming from? Potty water? Mop water? Leaking water lines….. no matter the source that super nasty and germinating stuff! I will NOT be back

Dated Bathroom, the AC would not work all night, fridge out of order.
