Hyatt Place Atlanta / Perimeter Center

The hotel was nice! We had a great experience until after our check out my grandson left his C-PAP machine which is a breathing device that works to help him breathe when he’s asleep. We called to tell the staff we left it and we told they didn’t have it. We literally tracked it at the hotel and I knew that was the only place it could’ve been. We live 2 hours away and my daughter had to take certain measures to get them to corporate to find it! Very disappointing!

5 stars no complaints

The only issue I had was the small parking area for check in. The breakfast was good.

I dud like the location. It was close to shopping areas. I wasn't impressed with the lobby area. The room was smaller than I expected to be.

Business trip to Atlanta, nice location, close access to freeways, nice area, lot of options for eating shopping

This was a nice property and was very walkable which is a plus when visiting another city. The staff was extremely helpful with locating the parking deck and they had a room available for early check in as I requested days prior. My only complaint is that I was advised of a different early check in price than I had to pay and it was not honored upon check in. The room could’ve been a little cleaner as well but it wasn’t dirty. There’s a semi rooftop lounge area on the 5th floor that I absolutely loved that added a nice touch to the property. I would stay here again.

Room was clean as well as hall carpet which sometimes can be dirty in hotels. Breakfast was good, especially the grits. Only problem is that Parking is $20/ day here where I've only had to pay $10 the other times I've traveled at other hotels. The hotel was walking distance to perimeter mall which was a plus for my family since we needed things from mall. 20 mins from the school Parking fee $20/night

Great place to stay, very clean

Filthy bedding. The paper thin "white comforter" hidden between sheets was brown/greyish from sweat/dirt. Only blanket on bed was see through thin with 0 weight. I called and asked for 2 real comforters - 1 to use and 1 to fold up underneath me because the bed was rock hard. The staff brought up a torn stained, THIN mattress pad" that was smaller than a twin bed. I was told there are no other blankets at the hotel. Grossed out, I pulled up the fitted sheet and found the same, torn up, thin, dirty "mattress pad" along with a stained, dirty mattress cover. The air conditioner never reached the temperature I set it on. There were no curtains - just 2 hand cranked plastic roll up options - a sheer mesh and solid plastic one. They were difficult to crank using tiny metal chains. The lobby is on an unnamed side street with no clear signage from Hammond - it's not on Hammond Drive. Guy working 1st night was awesome. Lady working 2nd day wasn't the best. I am always nice - so I don't appreciate bad customer service. I asked for a plate to eat food I ordered in. She pulled an unwrapped plastic plate out of a set of plastic drawers behind the desk. I asked if I could have a real plate - they are used during the breakfast buffet and got a blank stare and then a "no". I could have continued to ask why, but I didn't want to deal with more incompetence. I have stayed at Comfort Inns that were a lot nicer, cleaner and more comfortable than this place. $140 first night, $170 second night.

Great staff kind and helpful. The lobby is excellent for gatherings and to get work done. The rooms are small but nice. The location is a few hundred meters from Marta transit station (Dunwoody Station) so easy in if you don’t want to rent a car from the airport and Uber or Lyft everywhere from the hotel. The hotel is next to Perimeter mall with many options to eat and shop and many areas nearby that offer cafes to eateries and even Target and REI nearby walking distance.

Staff is nice. Room was clean. Walls are thin tho. Hurt a fussy little kid early morning. Would stay here again. Walking distance from the mall.
