Beautiful older building. Convenient parking. The staff was extremely helpful, especially fixing my reservation. Breakfast was excellent!

The hotel was clean and quiet.

First trip for me and my newly engaged fiance and the staff was very helpful with all of the questions we had when we got there. The room was amazing, the breakfast was perfect for our days packed with activities. The hotel is in great placement with the aquarium and coke museum next to it as well. There is a great restaurant called tin Lizzy cantina with amazing pricing and amazing food. Huge servings so be prepared! Overall trip 100/10!

Very clean rooms, great breakfast. Vanessa kept the buffet clean and as stocked as she could with the amount of people who came in all at once. Before and after the rush there was plenty for everyone. The food was hot and so was the coffee. The other staff were very attentive and helpful. Even the stewards maintaining the cleanliness were helpful. I had my hands full and they helped with the elevator. Great job making me feel at home!

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful.

I was overcharged due to the systems being down when I checked in. And, even though room service was supposed to happen every other day, I never received room service during my 4-day stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in a corner room. Plenty of space, and easy open-air parking (on a weekday anyway) for our campervan. Breakfast was decent, location is awesome, and price was fair.

They didn't let us check in even though booking Com did update the reservation Didn't let us check in at 2 am

Hotel staff were always friendly, ready to help and courteous. Parking can be tricky sometimes but staff were always polite and helpful to find alternatives. They deserved no less than 5 stars.

We only stayed one night but the staff was great. Our TV did not work in our room. when we told them, they upgraded us to a suite. They were very nice about it. Great location and clean. We will stay again.
