The location was great for a touristy visit - very close and walkable distance to the olympic park, aquarium, world of coca cola. The rooms were great as well - beds were huge and incredibly comfortable. Also, the pool area was very nice and pleasant. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The furniture is a bit dated, it could use a refresh. The plumbing was old as well and very noisy. When our neighbors took a shower at 7:00AM it was so loud that it woke us up better than the alarms did. Noise isolation was poor overall, you could hear conversations in the next room, traffic from the road, etc.

My first time staying at this hotel. The staff was really nice and helpful . The rooms were clean and they cleaned our room every day without us asking. I would definitely stay again

We had a great time on our vacation. It was close to so much of the attractions.

The hotel was great. Perfect location, in walking distance to anywhere we needed to go. Great atmosphere and great staff.

No parking on site, fire sprinkler in room dripped. Made a mess on the floor.

From beginning to end everything was fantastic. Got to check in a little early after being up since 4 a.m. The bed was to die for. SO comfortable. The view from my window was incredible. I got to watch the Ferris wheel and see the beautiful pool. The water pressure in the shower was great ! Would definitely go back.

I loved the location it was literally in the middle of everything I had planned to do around town. I didnt like that the garage parking isn't open for the guest who stay there at the hotel only if you do their valet parking which is 60$ per day. This is NOT included in the price of the hotel stay you WILL get charged a separate fee under the security hold.

The property was great and clean! The staff was extremely friendly upon check in; however, when we got to our room extremely late in the evening, we adjusted the AC and eventually woke up and realized our AC in our room did not adjust or go down/work at all and we woke up sweating. It ended up staying at 78 degrees from about 10:30pm through the next before we left at 4am. By the time we tried to tell a staff member, there wasn’t anyone at the front desk to consult the issue with and never got talked to about the situation. Also got charged $8 (per bottle of water) for the two bottles of water that they provided in the rooms. Cost was driven up due to them being Fiji waters. We weren’t going to use them until we woke up sweating and the room unexpectedly being extremely humid. We didn’t expect a refund of any sort, but no one addressed the situation with us prior to checkout and it was a miserable overnight stay.
