The carpet in the room gives the appearance of being “less than clean” but everything else felt very nice and IHG like.

I stay at Holiday Inn Express on a regular because I travel a lot but THIS one is the absolute best one I've ever stayed at. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. It was clean and any concerns were addressed immediately. I will for sure return and highly recommend! It's a 10/10.

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn for the past couple years. Great staff clean all over. Staff was excellent and ready to help. I fo recommend this facility. Close to several hospitals.

I didn't use any of the amenities and why I scored the way I did. Check in was friendly, so was check out. Breakfast in the morning was good. Only real issue I had was my door didn't lock and I'm not sure how long it was like that. Once you close the door, you assume it's locked. Morning of my second day I noticed it wasn't locking and the staff was able to reset it right then, but still alarming.

Cleanliness of room & the lobby are great. Staff are friendly & willing to help. Breakfast food supply is adequate. Toiletries used in the bathroom is of a good brand. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was very nice, and the hotel was in a good location. The bed was comfortable, and the standard room was fairly large and clean. Since I travel often, I must say the breakfast was not good. Juicy tasted like water and not orange. Bagels and bread were not fresh. No cheese or fresh fruits.

Place was nice and clean but on 2 occasions the tv cut out just cause it rained. I stayed for 3 days and on 2 of those days the tv cut out for a bit of time. In this day and age that shouldn’t happen.

We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good and fresh.

Overall stay was ok. We stayed four days in the room was never serviced by housekeeping. Each day we had to go and get towels and washcloths because we were told by housekeeping that they did not have any, which was weird. Breakfast was blah. The rooms definitely need to be updated.
