Sheraton by Marriott Atlanta Perimeter Dunwoody

The rooms and common areas are very worn. The bed was creaky’ And smelly! I discovered the next morning that the mattress had deep urine stains and the mattress pad was dirty and smelly. The repairs to the bathroom tile were botched and or toilet was cracked, Management was not at all receptive to any concerns, and behaved as if they were doing the guests a favor by allowing them to stay there. This property most certainly does not meet the Sheraton or Marriott standard. This property is not as advertised. It really needs a good overhaul before it is open to the public. I would not stay here again under these conditions, and I most certainly would not recommend it to discerning travelers. Cleanliness Fresh new bedding and beds Properrepairs to broken tiles, broken toilet Dirty and frayed carpet in common areas and hallways Peeling paint on the walls and elevators Flashing lights around the pool The stench of smoke in the hallways and elevator and the lobby area Guest and staff smoking at the entrance door Staff smoking on the patio in a non-smoking area The bar ran out of beverages very early in the evening

The room was very clean and comfortable with a chair to sit in. The mini fridge would have been much better if it had a freezer in the top. The room needs a microwave to. The staff was great. I don’t know about the breakfast because I was on a clear liquid diet for a procedure at the hospital that morning.

I drove 13 hours , was charged extra to check in an hour early , and couldn’t even sleep cause they were doing construction right outside my window. And the whole stay. I asked for directions to my room and staff couldn’t speak English and lead me all over the building just to find my room. Worst experience. Never again.

The staff and service were great. My room was clean. The hotel is in a nice location. Close to restaurants and shopping. I will stay there again.

Man!! I am going back in December! No doubt! I love this place and the people who were there every single day to make this stay comfortable I admired everything

Clean rooms. Daily housekeeping. Friendly staff. Some attendants don't speak or speak very little English. hard to communicate.

The room was nice It smells old and needs renovation when you come in the hotel and the outside needs to be renovated

Everything was good until they charged me twice on my card for a book in the room still waiting on my money to come back on my card, but staff in a place was very nice
