Reverb by Hard Rock Downtown Atlanta

The staff was very attentive.. we had an issue with the TV and received an upgrade with no hesitations. Drinks from the bar were good.. I like having access to the grab n go for 24hrs to be able to get late night snacks. Be prepared to pay a 25% service fee for food and drinks from the bar.

I’ve been going to Reverb since it opened and the next visit is just as cool as the first. Great managers and crew! And yes it’s a vibe

The room and bathroom were very nice and clean . And we were on the top 11th floor with a direct view of the Mercedes Benz stadium and there was a rooftop bar in the hotel very close to our room but the soundproofing in the room was great so not a lot of music was really even heard. Also the staff was very nice and welcoming and made checking in and out a breeze. I would definitely come back, just wish the hotel parking was a bit cheaper. But overall it was a good stay.

Ahhmazing stay! Walking distance to State Farm Arena and Mercedes Benz Stadium & the Cosm.

We stayed one night for a concert at Mercedes Benz.

Only complaint is that the bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut. It’s on an upper roller track and there was no way to secure the door. I mean, if you’re an open door pooper…you’re golden. Otherwise, you’ll need to figure out how to McGyver that joker to stay closed

Great hotel with great view of Mercedes Benz stadium/city from my room. Staff was great. Only thing I will never stay on 10th floor again, the music & partying on the rooftop was right above my head till 2am.

The process to check in was seamless. The staff was friendly and welcoming once entering the building. The rooms are spacious and are modern, They have the rooftop bar and it opens at 5pm and it’s lively from then until later in the evening with great entertainment. I will definitely keep this hotel in rotation when I come to Atlanta for events.

Other than those small complaints we enjoyed our stay!

The experience was great! But I thought that a $53/day parking would have been something that they could have informed me about ahead of time. That wasn’t in the budget!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel has great access to everything, making it very convenient to get around. We were in town for the fight at State Farm Arena. The property was clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. There are a few things that could make the stay even better. The rooms should have Smart TVs with access to popular streaming apps. Also, guests shouldn’t have to pay to use the refrigerator in the room, that should be included with the stay. The bar is very expensive, so I would recommend bringing your own drinks to your room. Also, if there is an event happening at the hotel, be prepared for the garage parking to be very full and expensive. Overall, it’s a nice, convenient hotel with friendly service, but there are a few amenities and pricing policies that could be improved.
