CozySuites at Showboat

On day three, staff finally brought up a blow-up mattress, placed it on top of the existing bed, and said it would inflate in twenty minutes. It never inflated. We paid for a four-day vacation and got zero real rest the entire time. On top of that, the water shut off building-wide while I was mid-shower, soap still on my skin. This is a twenty-story building, and only one elevator was working the whole time we were there. The carpets and common areas were worn down and clearly overdue for renovation. The suite itself had a decent kitchenette setup, but that didn’t come close to making up for the physical pain, lost sleep, and lost money from this stay. I came home to start work still exhausted, with my body in pain from the bed. I will never book this hotel again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The room was clean although it felt like I was in a spare room at the in-laws no dressers. Limited amenities towels I would stay again the price reflected what I got. If was an escape for the weekend. The check in was a little ruff but I do believe that the showboat should handle the check in process. After all thier looking right at you at the time of check in .

Great space I still feel like a nice space like a studio should have a small sofa of a folding bed in the closet

The staff at thw front desk lie more to say but I'll hold my comments for now. L

Room is clean.

Rooms need to be cleaned alot of dust on bed frames and under the furnitures then they provided not even a broom. I had was to request one that came the next morning. Bathroom sinks are molded so damn bad it’s disgusting. My baby left with something on her back like a ring worm. I’ve been to different Atlantic City hotels, this was the worst. Doubt I’ll ever stay at another Cozysuites again. The couch was also broken when we got there and covered with a random piece of fabric. The refrigerator had stains too. They also didnt provide any washcloth.I had to call customer service to request that. Overall was the worst experience.

On the positive: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The view from the room was lovely as well. Constructive feedback: , the lights in the bathroom above the sink did not work, making it difficult for my husband to see while shaving and me when putting on makeup. Not all of the outlets in the room worked either, making it difficult to charge devices. This was discovered after having a phone plugged in all night only to realize it didn’t change come morning.

Cozy suites. Essaged me 10 days prior to my trip and advised my reservation was cancelled and I would get a full refund. The next day they moved my room from what a booked to a smaller space. The suite had a fulll kitchen which was nice but the bed was awful. Mushy mushy bed. However I will never forget how I was terrorized by being bumped, cancelled and the rebooked when we were meeting 2 other couples for our yearly trip. We loved Atlantic City and will never return to cozy suites ever again. And I’ll will spread the word about that to everyone I’ve ever met.

The room was not as booked. I paid for a two bed suite and I received a queen bed and pull out couch that was not fit for sleeping. Hidden fees and a complicated, extrapolated check in process hindered our vacation.

Would stay again

There is one small trash can in bathroom but could have used at least one more in room Also shelf in mini fridge was completely rusted. Very pet friendly. Convenient having laundry room on floor and convenient location to all. Nice sized room with great view

Everything was great except 3 of the elevators broken that led to long waits

The room was very clean. It had everything that you needed. But if you wanted new towels or bedding, you would have to go and wash it in the washer dryer on your floor , you are pretty much on your own. I wish also that there was more than one television for the whole residence. It would have been nice if each bedroom had their own television. We didn't need any assistance from the front desk but don't expect any either. Since they say cozy sweets is entirely separate from showboat.

I booked a stay at CozySuites at the Showboat in Atlantic City. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anything with the CozySuites name. Their communication was awful and there are several extra steps that need done before anything. It took 4 phone calls for them to “validate “ my reservation while I was trying to check in. I requested early check in. Hotel said room was open, CozySuites released room number at 3:57. I needed to request extra towels. You can’t just call the front desk. You have to call CozySuite( They don’t answer texts) and request. We needed blankets too, there were none in the room. They chucked a garbage bag of sheets and towels into the room, still no blankets. The Showboat itself is great especially for families, I would avoid their CozySuite rooms and go straight for the Showboat rooms. Also, the pictures are VERY misleading. The rooms are not nearly as big or nice as the pictures. We were supposed to have 2 queen beds, had 1 bed and a fold out daybed.

First they give us the but the room was already booked for a family we go into the room people items we tell they clean and said it would be ready at 4 but they are just getting started at that time then they said at 6 o’clock but we go into peoples items are still in it we complain they say they will give us another room in 20 minutes and we left the room and found the people in the room and we would call they would put something on some one else they ruined our one day vacation from 11 am to 10pm and we left and had to go all the way home terrible service there are plenty of other places to stay no one stay there terrible place the hotel was dirty the hall way had stains and hair everywhere.

Cozy Suites does not even deserve 1 star as that is being generous. The WHOLE experience was absolutely HORRIBLE. The check in process was so bad, my reservation, which was made many months in advance, was placed in a pending status while my guests and myself waited 3 hours to get our rooms. I tried calling cozy suites to get help but only was told someone would have to call me back in 5 minutes and I still have not received a call back. When we finally received our keys and went to the room we were greeted by the cleaning staff who said we were not allowed in the room and needed to wait as they were moving furniture and decorations into the rooms while cleaning them - We didn’t even get the rooms we had pay for which BTW had to be paid for in advance! The only bedding was a bed sheet! No blankets, not enough pillows or towels and when we called for more they only responded with an email saying with there is towels and bedding, so a room that sleeps 10, 6 towels was enough? We were supposed to have an ocean front room but only saw the parking lot. Only 1 of the 4 elevators worked and the stairs were blocked off. We were on the 12th floor and was told by staff “what do you want me to do?” Checkout was at 11 and at 10:15 the cleaning staff came barging in, no knock just unlocked the door and came in! The customer service is horrible!l I wouldn’t even recommend Cozy Suites to my worst enemy!

Only one elevator was working very inconvenient specially when the place is really busy and the cozy side was remodeled very cheap.

Location Staff unhelpful Hall way to the rooms smelled so bad. Carpet was nasty. Room smelled musty. So unhappy we left a day early
