Clean room. Inexpensive, I haven’t been to AC in years, didn’t know they changed it to a family oriented hotel. No casino so was a little disappointed in that. But overall experience was good

There need a bit of attention in cleaning detail

The food was terrible honestly and the buffet was not worth the cost

Stay was comfortable and went well. I would come back.

So the front desk was awesome. I got checked in on the 11 floor. It smelled like urine. Went in the room. It was cleaned but the walls had food stains and blood on it

This place is a zoo filled with children. The pool for this hotel is closed and you find this out upon arrival. I was charged an additional $150 for the room deposit and never received it back. No one answered the calls while you’re in your hotel room and to date no one has answered the phones. The lines are extremely long at check and check out. Terrible place to stay. No one speaks English!!!

I stayed 1 night it seems as though because it's a kid friendly hotel they didn't put in extra work keeping the place in excellent shape. It could have been better. Also no microwave in the rooms ever

Me quede 2 dia y no hicieron cambio de toallas el televisor tenia q hacer cambio de canal manuel el control no funciono

The room size was ok, but we couldn't believe that for that amount of money, there was no microwave or coffee maker, not even free breakfast, besides that we had to pay for every single amenities, not even the elevators were working properly, very disappointed, gotta do better than that.

The room was spacious for the four of us .the indoor water park says the biggest ,but actually the smallest I've ever been in .not a indoor outdoor for sure and adult pool very small .

It would be excellent if they at least put some bottles of water in the room

We even paid extra for an ocean-view room on the 20th floor, expecting a nicer experience, but the room and overall stay were awful and absolutely not worth the additional cost. Our room was dirty, and to make matters worse, the refrigerator was broken and in such poor condition that it honestly looked like something that had been pulled from a dumpster. The carpets throughout the hotel also looked like they had not been properly cleaned in a long time. For a smoke-free hotel, the smell of cigarettes and marijuana was noticeable throughout the property. Thursday night, someone reportedly got stuck in an elevator and could be heard calling for help, which was extremely concerning. On top of everything else, the customer service has been awful. The staff we encountered lacked basic politeness, professionalism, and concern for guests. We were looking forward to a relaxing stay, but unfortunately, this has been one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. We paid to stay until Sunday and are leaving Saturday because we simply do not feel comfortable continuing our stay. We definitely would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

If I had to complain about something then I would say NO ONE EVER answers the front desk phone if you try calling from your room

The check in is RIDICULOUS! They need double the staff to make it more efficient. I recommend getting there at 3pm and wait an hour before check in at 4pm trust me the hour wait will be worth it, I wouldn’t be surprised if there is already a line an hour early. The lobby and whole downstairs area is LOUD like excessively loud. It’s probably the only “kid friendly” hotel on the boardwalk so let me tell you IT IS BUSY with families, which is great, but even as a mom I don’t think I’d ever stay here again. Can’t get coffee there until 7am. The rooms ARE really clean, but don’t pay extra for an ocean view , ocean view rooms here are literally a peak out the side of your window. Great arcade and amenities for the kids. But like I said, I’ll never sleep here again. 2/5 star review from me.

Hotel lobby and main level were great. Plenty for families to do. Arcade, race track, and mini golf. The rooms themselves are dated and could be updated, but they were clean. Island Water park was fun.
