The food court had a variety of food options that were just ok. They do give discounted parking @ $15 for hotel guests. The location was good, Quick walk to the beach and steel pier. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would go back.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this resort. Very clean, and courteous staff, and in the perfect location to enjoy the beach and boardwalk. We will definitely book here next year!

Nice place to stay, room smelled like cigs even though it was non smoking, not awful though. Good location just a little outdated

views and location. I dont understand and feel 3rd party places reserve the crappy blocks amd sell them for more

Room was clean, staff was very pleasant. Housekeeping on the 7th floor was very helpful. Board walk was easy access. Didn’t have luck on slots but overall great music throughout hotel will be back again

The property needs updating. Not enough outlets in the room. The bathroom didn’t have anywhere to put clothes, the tub was very difficult to get in/out off, and the toilet was extremely low to the floor.

5 stars, but wish there was a closet and microwave and larger table. Otherwise, staff was very kind and helpful. A+

This is and always has been my favorite place to stay when thinking about vacationing in Atlanty City, NJ . Best hotel in town with outstanding services. Thank you!

Room was in the older section .... stopper in sink didnt work ... shower door hard to move ... room on second floor ... hotel AC system outside of windows NOISY ALL THE TIME ..... request rooms above 3rd floor to avoid

The Premier room was very spacious and in good condition. People smoking in the non smoking rooms.

Didn't like the staffs attitude when checking out the bell guy bill hung up the phone on me. Are at the resorts land shark restaurant and the waiter for my order wrong 3 times and when I told him I didn't want it because I'm allergic to raw tomatoes and onions he still gave me the check for it when I have him money and told him I'm just paying for the drink I had he wasn't to happy. When you call the front desk no one answers . No one would answer the phone at the front desk so I went to the lobby to ask a question about charged fees on my card, the girl couldn't explain it. I went down the next day and finally someone explained it to me. It was just a all around 75% bust on this vacation.

Do not stay here unless you want bugs in your home. We booked an upgraded room at Resorts Casino Hotel via Hotels.com, and it was the worst travel mistake of our lives.We unknowingly spent a full night sleeping in a bed actively crawling with live bed bugs. The next morning, we caught a live bug, and hotel security physically verified it on-site. The proof was undeniable.I wouldn't even be writing this if they handled it like a reputable business. Instead, the management showed total disregard for public health. The front desk manager tried to play off the hazard and failed to offer thermal remediation (hot boxing) for our luggage, using the backwards logic that she “wasn’t sure if we were checking out the first day.” Management was perfectly fine letting us carry live parasites out the front doors onto planes and into our home. I had to research health codes and explicitly demand hot boxing before checking out for them to comply. To top off the insult, they did not comp anything and still made us pay for valet parking.Resorts then lied to Hotels.com, claiming inspectors "found no activity"—directly contradicting their own security's physical confirmation. Initially, I had not reported them to any enforcement agencies because I wanted to give them a fair chance. But since they are fighting the refund and lying, I am going to do everything in my power to report them to every possible agency until they are held fully accountable. AC’s zoning and health office has been notified.

Convenient, clean. Hard time renting a badly needed electric scooter. 2 hours it took. Frustrating.

Overall I was very pleased by the cleanest and different amenities available to me. The food price was prices. I would go back in a heartbeat
