i didn't like anything bad staff trash everywhere construction

The whole property is under construction
-
Manager was very accommodating knowing I just drove 16 hours before getting there.

The property was getting remodeled so they should not have been servicing people. Zero amenities and no breakfast the wrong room hole in headboard and all around just bad I want a refund. It was an event we attended so no other hotels had any rooms available we we’re screwed

My room was supposed to be one of the newest rooms that went under construction. However, the room was missing the smoke alarm, and the bathroom floor was not new at all. At 5 a.m., the fire alarms were going off. Another guest pulled their smoke detector off the wall. The fire trucks couldn't find an entrance to assist. We sat out on the curb for 2 and a half hours. We were told that, due to construction, the "stop" button on the fire alarm system wasn't working; we could either go in and deal with it or leave for breakfast, hoping it would be fixed when we returned. At this point, many guests tried for a refund and left the hotel. Since I prepaid for the entire weekend, I had no choice but to stay and not lose out on any money. I was skeptical about returning. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I would have appreciated a heads-up about the hotel construction. Ideally, they should have closed.

Hotel was under major renovations. It he smoke alarm

Staff was very friendly, helpful, and efficient in getting us into our room quickly. The room itself was perfect- sparkling clean, wonderfully comfortable beds, a giant, brand new television, clean bedding, linens, and quiet.

This place is under major renovations. I could tell the girl at the makeshift front desk was weary from answering the same questions. Their website says they're under renovation. What it doesn't tell you is that you will now not get breakfast, no coffee in rooms (but coffeemaker?), no soap in my room or my shower. It had to be delivered. The renovated room was very nice, but they need to spell out what "under renovation" really means.

They refuse to give me my deposit on my room and the room I picked was not the room they put me in the staff is never at the front desk.

When we booked our room online, we called ahead to the property to verify that they were dog friendly. The girl on the phone assured us that they were dog friendly and that the charge was $10. We then booked our room based on that conversation. When we arrived, the man at the front desk, proceeded to tell us that we cannot bring our dog in and that this hotel was not dog friendly during construction. We told him that we called ahead and the girl on the phone told us that it was OK. He then proceeded to argue with us and drill us about who we talk to, and when. Finally, he gave up and let us pay the $10 and bring our dog in. When we walk to our room, we heard multiple rooms with dogs inside of them. Right off the bat this man was dishonest. We then realized that, even though the booking said there was breakfast that there was no breakfast the next day. Again, another service that was offered online, but was not offered in person. On top of that the entire place was under construction inside and out. It was completely filthy and unsecured at all of the entrances during our stay we did not see one single staff member at the hotel and noticed homeless people outside of the door next to our car at night, so we weren’t even feeling comfortable, walking our dog outside. To top everything off our room Reid like cigarette smoke everything about to stay was unacceptable. To make it even worse the front desk was not even there, and the entrance was covered in urine.

Staff did not make you feel “at home” with staying out of town and especially choosing their hotel over the one literally right next door. The hotel itself was nice

The comfortably i was able to cook my own food in my room. Very peaceful. No breakfast but they were doing remodeling so I understand.
-
Room was nice …location was nice No soap in the bathroom when ask for more was given shampoo no breakfast no lobby should not be holding security deposits

This hotel is under construction. The entire bottom floor is a work zone. There was no breakfast (would not have booked if I had known this). The room had a microwave, full fridge, stovetop, and dishwasher, but had zero plates, zero silverware, zero pots or pans, zero kitchen utensils, so that makes the stove completely useless you bring all that stuff with you. The bathroom had no body wash and only half a roll of toilet paper. The window shades and curtains are terrible. Difficult to move and don’t keep light out. There is no daily housekeeping, if that matters to you. The WiFi was good, but not password protected at all. The only nice thing was the price, but I would’ve happily paid more to get the amenities you’d expect from a Wyndham hotel.

We chose this property for the amenties of a pool and breakfast being provided. It had neither. It was under remodel and there was no mention of a remodel anywhere on their website. We were in a remodeled room which over all was nice besides the bathroom. Tile floor was not grouted and lef tit unfinished. Staff was rude and unfriendly. Check in was a table in hallway, where staff passing by shoved me out of their way almost knocking me over as I am disabled and on cane. Thankfully I did not need my walker or even a wheelchair as it would not have fit through. Very disappointing stay.

Very clean rooms.. accessibility was a little difficult due to the renovations on the bottom floor! Otherwise very happy with our stay! Would recommend!

Entire hotel is under construction without notice. Loud work occurring early in the morning and late at night - including the weekends. Multiple dogs in the room next to us extremely loud ALL night. Only one functional elevator which is the complete opposite direction of the rooms open for guests. Hallway lights all uninstalled with hanging wires. Construction plastic and wooden boarding floor to ceiling in most of the hotel. “Lobby” is a table in a hallway where nobody stays and you have to wait until someone decides to check it. Front desk staff unable to answer any questions because she’s “not from here”. Grab and go Breakfast is non existent because “we don’t have a lobby right now.”

Just a bad experience all around. Didnt even stay.

So I spent money on a deluxe room with stove and all that good stuff. When I arrived to checking in the was staff was nice. Got my room checked it out and there was no stove it wasn't what I paid for. Was upset. He tried to book me for the next day which no I needed it for that day I booked it. So I was going to get a lil stove at a store but guess what couldn't find none in stock. So I deluxed my room for nothing. Then stuff told me that 3rd party don't tell them what kind of room we booked. I find that hard to expect. But I don't know. I was not satisfied.
