We made a reservation for four adults. There were only three towels in the bathroom. We were staying in July and the Air Conditioning Unit did not work properly in our room. This was noticeable when you first entered in the room.

Staff was friendly and helpful, but front desk was frequently unattended. Ice macine on second floor did not work, had to go back to elevator and up to third floor to get ice while staying on first floor.

The young lady that checked me in at the front desk was a breath of fresh air. She was so positive and so amazing throughout my stay. Also the hotel was lovely I really enjoyed my overall experience there. This is like my third time staying at this hotel.
