The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel shouldn't be labeled a Hyatt Hotel until it gets a really good update. A lot of old stuff. Hallways, rooms, elevator creaked a lot. Front door was noisy. Felt more like an older Quality Inn.

The breakfast needs work done it. The food needs to be upgraded. I have stayed in other Hyatt Places in the past and the food was better.

You can tell it was very nice at one point just needs some updates. My room wasn’t very clean at all.

The staff was so lovely and helpful, they went out of their way to get us some pain medication.

Great location close to the Meadowbrook Amphitheatre and a great breakfast buffet.

The rooms just wasn’t cleaned to my liking. The floors were dirty full on stains. Had nets in the room. Bathroom (floor and tub could’ve been cleaner.

Breakfast was great! But you need to ask for towels daily cause I think they do them every 3 days and come do your room every 3 days
