It was ok. Better than some not as good as others. It was short staffed. The desk clerk was on alone and although pleasantly working hard, had to leave the desk numerous times. This left patrons standing in the lobby for extended periods of time. Also your snack items were lame.

Pool. ice machines broke entire week staff couldn't give any answers to when being fix never emailed receipt because printer wasn't working, was supposed to give a 10 percent discount never happened would never stay again and fridge kept shutting off, expedia you shouldn't even have this hotel on your website probably wont book another hotel with expedia, they have this a 8 on reviews

Was not told about the pool being closed until we arrived. It has been closed for 2 wks. Nothing on Hotels.com or on the hotel website. Furniture was worn down, desk chair was actually flaking off.. Asking questions with the one receptionist also started with her giving attitude.

If booking through Expedia you will get a room but not necessairly the room you booked, which means it may not be the rate you booked, even if prepaid

Frustrating check in... didn't have the same room that I'd reserved, the pool (the reason I chose this hotel) was closed with no offer for discount, and room door lock kept jamming, etc. The front desk staff tried to be helpful but didn't seem to have options to help. Overall, the property appears run down, ice maker was out of order, bags a trash in stairwell, etc. On the plus side: the bed was quite comfortable. I won't stay here again.

That it was closed to the outlets. The pool was closed the whole time I was there and my room had not air conditioning.

Everything was great except for being placed on the highways side of the hotel. Highway was noisy so sleep over the two nights wasn’t as great as it could’ve been. Otherwise enjoyed our time there for the Dream Cruise.
