Great location, lots of space (3 bedroom apartment)

Excellent location, quiet, comfortable beds with two pillow feel options per bed, well equipped kitchen, nice selection of teas, sleek and comfortable decore, friendly staff.

The location is excellent for the centre of town and walkable to theatres, cafes, train station and ferries. The room was very good with comfy beds and was very clean. It was a bonus having a small swimming pool available for an enjoyable swim. It is very good value for money given its facilities and location. The staff were friendly and helpful - we left our bags with them as we were too early for check in. When we returned the bags had been taken up to our room. We would definitely use this hotel again.

Amazing service, great facilities and good central location. The location while central is somewhere to be cautious at night being down Queen Street, Auckland.

City center No parking on site but there is pay parking near the hotel

Comfy bed, great selection of tea, coffee was ok but there was a french press in the room. Very clean. Laundry has a washer and a dryer and they provide a small laundry detergent to do 1 load. The location is very central. Right on Queen Street. The price was ok as I booked during low season. I would stay here again. Parking is valet only for $45. There's a parking garage right in front of the building, but it's more expensive. The front desk staff who helped me check in did not give much details about the amenities and discount we get from a nearby coffee shop, but I overheard the other front desk staff who explained in length to another guest who was also checking in. It sounds like there's a 10% discount for a nearby cafe where you can get breakfast.

Clean, comfortable, beautiful rooms. Walking distance to restaurants and sights of CBD. Public parking nearby. Friendly staff, offered an upgrade to make our family of 5 more comfortable. We had a long day so the upgrade definitely surprised us and made our day. Everything in the room was perfect. Great view of the Sky Tower. Wish we could have stayed longer. Had trouble finding the turn into the street where the hotel was located.

Location I am regular customer of Adina City life . I forget my Phone charger at this place and housekeeping staff said they havent found anything , clearly someone took it and lying now , front desk staff is friendly and good but need to held accountable housekeeping staff for this sort of acts

The only negative for us was that there was no ice machine in the hotel, but there is a mini-mart directly across the road where you can buy ice. In our room, the freezer was large enough to store it.

Location in center close to harbour shopping supermarket. facilities are new, friendly and efficient staff, valet parking If you drive from Albert Road, you have to use the left most lane otherwise can’t turn to Wyndham Road. And the only way leave is Albert Road where the traffic light turn fast that only 3 cars can past. But it’s not the fault of the hotel.

Location Shower pressure wasnt really good

Black dots on air con vents… not sure if mould but looked suspicious. Had a locked door in the room which we could hear the neighbours through.
