We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a beautiful view of the city. The location was also excellent, making it very convenient to explore the area. The staff were helpful, and attentive, and they went above and beyond to accommodate everything we asked for. We felt very welcome and truly enjoyed our stay

Great view of the sky tower Lack of parking spots out front and very steep street (lots of luggage going rolling down the sidewalk)

Good location, quiet rooms. Comfortable beds and good breakfast selection and great coffee. Chemist warehouse is down the road. Happy with our stay. Breakfast place was quite small. Can get crowded.

Staff were awesome. Room was very clean , comfortable and functional. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Parking at inner city hotels is never cheap, but I think this was over the top expensive. Paid for valet and then didn't even use the car. In hindsight we would have been better off finding a more reasonably priced parking rate close by and leaving the car there. Having said that, the valet staff were excellent when taking and retrieving our vehicle. Couldn't fault the staff, all very professional and always willing to assist.

Good breakfast, great location The bathroom glass door meant during the night when someone used the bathroom the whole room lit up - also the cubicles in the bathroom were tight. Toilet was higher than normal, shower pressure was weak and no support rail in shower. Didn't like the doors into the cubicles either

The breakfast was excellent. If you couldn't find something you liked that is on you. This place was perfect for the business traveler or tourist. The rooms were of a very good size and were very well-maintained. The stay was very pleasurable. I don't have anything negative to say

Fourth stay at Voco — last time was two years ago — and the hotel still feels fresh and well looked after. Our room was clean, cosy, and had a gorgeous view. We paid early checked in much easier with our young kid. Breakfast Buffet, Barista Coffee, you must try. The front desk experience wasn’t as warm or informative as before. I’ve feedback to the front desk team.
