The location Very run down. Had a funny smell, and although the sheets were clean everything else seemed very old and tatty. There was a hole in the wall covered by a plaster, broken windows in the stairwell and rubbish bags were left in corridors.

Great last minute booking, I stayed on a Saturday night with a busy loud pub downstairs but couldn’t really hear anything from my room so was pleased with that. Staff were great. Probably just a couple of little repairs required but didn’t really affect the overall experience.

Great location. Would have been nice if I could park my skooter inside First got here. Shower waste totally blocked. I had to remove a big handfull of Hair from the outlet. Also clean the ceiling fan which was full of black dirt and dust. Shower unit hanging off the wall. Burger was inedible. Soggy cold bottom of bun. Staff could be Friendlier.

I like the bed It's comfy. The location was perfect. Amenities and facilities. No parking. And no escalator

great location shower could do with a thorough clean, room was stuffy but couldn't open the window without wedging something under it plus the bar downstairs was blasting music on speakers OUTSIDE all through the night on Saturday so expect more than just road noise if you stay here and aren't a party animal

I stayed in room 4 and 12 and they were absolutely disgusting there was black mould all over the bathroom and directly above the bed and on the blinds. Shower was broken, hole in roof, bed pillows stained with blood and sweat. The smell of those rooms was awful. I would never stay in this hotel again, if you could even call it that. I asked for a refund at the time and stayed somewhere else the second night, the owner agreed but still hasn't given me a refund and it's been a month. Completely ignoring my emails. These people are dodgy and a rip off!! Don't stay there.
