Room did not have heating, so the staff kindly gave us portable heaters. Paid parkign should not be allowed for hotel clients, it should be included as service for the hotel. Paid parking, not adjustable heating.

Great atrium area, so light and lovely to spend time in. Location very central to where we needed to be. Easy parking in building adjacent. Room was just adequate - renovations recently complete but beds and pillows felt cheap, not good quality. Heating/air con super noisy - we had to turn it off.

Our room was so light and spacious. The bathroom was large and included a bath and large bath towels which is great for taller people. The bed was comfortable and the facilities in the room were great. We did order room service and the food was delicious. The city is in walking distance along with the sky tower, great eateries and coffee

The location is not far from the city center, but not too close either. It’s about a 10‑minute walk. Some of the staff were friendly. Quiet. Breakfast was exactly the same every single day, and I stayed here for 6 nights with identical breakfast each day. It was not varied, offered very few options, and was not worth the price charged for breakfast. The room was quite old and very dusty. In my room, there were cobwebs on the window. The air-conditioning system was centralized, so it was difficult to adjust anything. Room cleaning was not up to standard. Rooms of the same type provided different amenities, and the housekeeping staff could not refill the shower gel themselves — it had to be done by a supervisor.

The hotel was beautiful from entry to the rooms. We stayed with our son and had a wonderful time enjoying the pool, the comfy beds and the clean facility’s.
