Lots of stairs and no a/c.

Busy streets all around. At some point they need to update the windows and that would help with sound.

Breakfast was OK and location was good The pictures of the room on the website did not match the room I was in . The pictures on the website look nice and comfy. The room I got was a shit hole.

The shower was not the best setup.

We travelled during a hot period and since the stay was not expensive, we were afraid, the temperatures in the room might be too high for a good night's sleep. But the room had an AC and so everything was great. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the location, right opposite of the Fuggerei. Parking is limited. With 6,9 Euro per day it is really cheap if you are able to get a spot.

Room was hot and there was a lot of street noise. Mini kitchen could have used a microwave, plug for sink, dish soap and dish cloth/towels.

Quiet place, walking distance from the historical center. We got free breakfest as a bonus compensating third floor without lift. (We are over 80). Free private parking place at the entrance. Third floor, no lift. Very basic facilities.

The stuff at the reception was friendly and helpful. For an overnight stay it was best price performance ratio you can find in the city center. It is next to tram line 1. Hotel is old and definitely needs some maintenance but still they keep it clean.

Good location near historic centre, walking distance to most of them, lots of good restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good, enough variety to satisfy us, lots of healthy options. Secure parking for bikes. Bathroom design was interesting. Shower had no door and not much of a lip to catch water so the entire floor was wet despite our efforts to contain it. The sink stopper didn't work, and the faucet design was such that water went everywhere. Cleaning staff had washed the carpet which was still wet by the bed when we arrived an hour later. We were at least an hour earlier than planned, however the carpet was still damp the next morning. Rooms face the street so noise can be a factor, but there are ear plugs available at the reception. No elevator, lots of stairs to our room.

Close to transit and walking distance from centre. Terrific value and lots of space. Friendly and responsive service. Wifi was inconsistent in the apartment and the kitchen was unevenly supplied, with no freezer or microwave and no dish washing brush or scrubber.

The location was excellent.Right opposite the Fuggerei and within easy walking distance of the railway station (for those of average mobility). There is a small car park and it is on a good bus route. Their accommodation is straightforward, spacious, clean and comfortable. Excellent shower, good continental breakfast choice. We were visiting our nephew studying at the University of. We loved the town and would certainly stay at the Jakoberhof again. Nothing

Location, Polite staff. There is noise because it is in a central point , Also It is not the first time I stay at the hotel and there is always a problem with the parking spaces even if you have paid. I hope the management will take care this issue.

The privacy, the staff, the room, literally everything was perfect. It's in the center of Augsburg and the perfect place to stay. I'll be back!

A small budget hotel close to the center of Augsburg, located in several buildings. When traveling on a business trip and working all day, a perfect place to spend the night. Many good German and international food restaurants nearby. Breakfast corresponds to the number of stars of the hotel - there are also salty dishes. One set of keys for the double room, as both must coordinate arrival at the hotel.

The room was clean and tidy, it had everything we needed and it was all functional. The service was kind and helpful. The location is outstanding, we didn’t even use public transport to get around, we walked everywhere.
