The location was central. I have to write another sentence but there is nothing I liked about my stay, to be honest. Here are some more mandatory words. A member of staff tried to cheat me on the happy hour deal, said she couldn't do anything about this and insisted I pay full price. She went to get the manager and was really rude after he made her give me the discount.

This hotel has a terrible check in app, they force me to pay on the system even though i paid on booking.com No support on app, no answer on phone line

Nothing I never managed to get inside. I waited for about two hours near the front door, but it was locked. This was around 6 PM. I tried calling every phone number associated with the hotel, but no one answered. Nearly a month later, they still haven't responded to my messages
