Hotel Maximilian’s is a historic hotel located in the heart of Augsburg, a 10-minute walk from the Fuggerei Museum. It features elegant rooms and suites and a restaurant with show kitchen. From 4 March 2024, our parking garage will only be accessible via Maximilianstraße due to construction measures in Katharinengasse. The individually furnished rooms and suites at Hotel Maximilian’s are equipped with 4K UHD Smart TVs, complimentary Nespresso Coffee Makers, and mini-bar. They are furnished with traditional oil paintings, and some overlook the Maximilianstrasse Boulevard. Unlimited high-speed glass fiber WiFi (up to 1000 MBit/sec) is available free of charge for guests throughout the hotel. Regional dishes and a wide selection of wines can be enjoyed at the Michelin Star awarded restaurant, Sartory, restaurant Maximilian's . Guests can also relax at the bar. The spa area offers a gym, various saunas and beauty treatments.

Location Breakfast Staff Bar, front desk snd restaurant service Cleanliness of the room, Sheets were never changed over 3 nights 4 days. Never vacuumed No shampoo was provided Bed pillows sub standard with no casing and cheap lowest standard Duvet was lowest standard ( awful)

All was very good! I know that the floor in the shower is non slippery but I still felt that a couple of handles for support would be very helpful, especially for older customers!

We were given an upgrade through Booking .com to a superior room which was just fabulous, spacious and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful and breakfast buffet was excellent. We would stay again! High prices in the bar for cocktails and liquor.

I thought breakfast was expensive and would have liked a choice of simple lower cost breakfast. The quality of the buffet breakfast was great however.

Fantastic location and very nice hotel - parking was convenient. The AC was awful—one room was extremely hot, and even with a fan provided in the middle of the night, it didn’t help. We specifically chose this hotel for the AC, so it was disappointing. We were able to switch rooms after the first night, but the AC was still subpar.

Best location in Augsburg. Large luxury hotel with good facilities. Easy to reach by car and good parking garage. Great breakfast No doorman for luggage
