- close to the city center - many cafe's at nearby - high room ceiling - historical, cool(ish) building - large shower - the lift accessible inside through restaurant at entrance - nearest parking is 5-8 mins away and quite expensive - No car access in front of hotel, heavy luggages problem - the toilet just next to bed separated with a glass door - A/C not present, portable fan was poorly working.

Good location and clean. Lots of toiletries. They did not send the code for entering from the street. Once we got in there was no one at the reception. I phoned and they gave us the codes to use but we did not get the room we rented on the app. Instead we got an apartment with exposed roof beams suitable for someone 5'-10". I'm 6'-4". Spent the entire time hunched over moving about the room. Also Wifi did not work. I phoned three times and eventually they just said " Sorry there is nothing we can do about it"

Clean and spacious. There was no PERSON there, the several problems that developed had to be solved by AI via telephone, and at least one of the problems couldn‘t be solved. Also, it was very noisy. And we considered the huge bathtub in the middle of the sleeping area to be silly.

The location was perfect... several paces are walking distance from the hotel. And dining places are close to the hotel as well.

Location is great, Reception exceptional, room was very clean and spacious .Natalia at the reception was exceptional and went out of her way to make guest comfortable

Location and modern. Little bit noisy when people are closing doors and/or are using the patio.

Great Location there was no one at the "reception" when we tried calling the # given there was no answer or the person told us to call a different hotel. We were told by the person on the phone when we finally got someone to answer that it was a boarding house not a hotel. We wanted drop of luggage since we could not check in early and we were told we could not do so.

3days no cleaning no changes for anything in the suit in these days No answer for telephones Nobody in the reception else one day we met nice girl and we complained for here but the no feedback from the management of the hotel. It's too dangerous if you forget the password for hotel enter or room enter because it's terrible to expect no answer through the 3 phones number they have One putted in main entry of the hotel One in the reception in second floor One in the reservation confirmation N The last thing Nobody attended every day in the reception and no feedback for our complain through the email sent for them !!!!!!!!!?

The large, comfortable beds. There was no possibility to enter the property before check-in time at 15:00, therefore no way to deposit suitcases and explore the city until we were given access to the rooms. Phone-calls were answered by a remote call centre. The person who answered was completely unable to answer any of our questions competently. She was obviously trying without success to hurriedly access details about the property. She was not even able to confirm that the upper floors were accessible by elevator!

All was perfect! The location was great! The apartment is beautiful. They use only quality things: from the furniture, the matresses, the bathroom, everything is made with good taste! I don t know why this proprety has only 7,5 on booking!!! It deserves much more! I would give it at least 9! I sleep perfectly! The only thing that I didn t like, but it didn t bother me too much, was that the noise from putside the room its loud, but there are only 4 rooms per floor so it wasn t so distrupting.

It was right in the middle of the town.
