everything was beyond expectations - the breakfast, room and bathroom size (high ceiling!), hotel placement, staff friendliness (allowed to keep our luggage till 5pm), no noise at all nothing comes to mind

Could have been a bit more choice of breakfast items.

Near to the office and the hotel is located in a good locality with walking distance to good restaurants Cleanliness and maintenance is far less to desired in some rooms the walls are dirty in some rooms the faucets are not clean or completely jammed some rooms do not have hangers at all or they are just handmade hangers with wires, when the cost of the rooms are so high then the amenities should be up to the mark

Close to the office and they own a beer Gartez which is an added advantage if people love to drink and hangout Nothing much the rooms are good , but cleanliness is far from being observed Also there is no fan attest it should be kept as a facility it is so hot now in Augsburg without a fan it will be difficult to stay in the room

We liked everything

Nice quiet location, very friendly staff. The bunk bed was loose and very creaky, it might be worth tightening up. The shower leaks a little from the bottom of the enclosure.

Internet connection was ok, the bed was comfy, shower was really nice and new. Some furtniture were damaged, the floor was not vacuum cleaned properly. I especially chose hotel with parking but it has to be booked in advance, because they dont have many spots. The parking at the street is cheap, but there is also almost impossible to find a free spot, moreover you‘ll get a ticket when parking outside if you dont have the Umweltplakette.

The room had a great bed and was clean. The shower seemed to have been recently renovated, and mistakes were made. The glass enclosure of the shower did not reach all the way to the floor, so the entire bathroom floor was flooded if we did not line the exterior of the shower area with towels. It was just a sloppy mess, not something one wants to deal with in a hotel room. Other than that the room was fine.

Location The place was run like the hotel in Fawlty towers sitcom. Loud arguments at the reception between hotel manager and staff.. my room had t been cleaned or attended to in 6 days until I complained I needed clean sheets. I stayed 10 days and my sheets were changed once in that time. My overhead shower wasn’t functioning and when I notified the manager he yelled at me asking if I was able to get water out of the hand held shower head, to which I replied yes, then he said well you have water. They spent the entire 10 days fixing my shower.
