The only thing I liked was the space in the room and the bed. I didn’t like how some parts of the room was damaged. I didn’t like how the toilet was separate and very small. I didn’t like that the gate had to be opened by someone at the desk and one time I was stuck outside for like 15 mins at 1am because the person had left the desk. I also didn’t like that there was no hot water in the building on my last night and next final day in the room. I had to shower with a cold shower while I’m already sick. Also I had forgotten to bring a French adapter and went to ask for one at the reception and they didn’t have any to give me that would work in their rooms and the person at the desk said the shops outside were closed but I was able to find a shop which had them available for me. I was travelling solo so that wasn’t good.

Staff were very accommodating. We arrived late as our flight was delayed and dinner service had already finished. The ladies at reception were very accommodating and made us and brought this to our room. Great customer service Some of the room decor a little outdated but had all the facilities required

Air conditioning. First of all. I booked premium room and ask if it is possible to get room with bathtub on the highest floor. Of course, booking manager was so kind and make that happen and gave us LOWER TIER ROOM FOR PRICE OF PREMIUM because, quote "premium room only have showers". So is that a good reason to charge your customer for PREMIUM room and give them room from 1970s where render from walls is falling out, same with socket next to bed and creepy toilet room where smells really bad, and bathroom with mould on ceiling that have not been cleaned for ages?! Same thing with deposit. First time in my life where I had to pay deposit for a hotel room! Only good thing that we managed to negotiate lower deposit. But the cheeky smile on receptionist face when she said "oh, it's in the small letters". Another thing. Room service coming into room without knocking! What the actual f...? Neighbourhood also doesn't feel safe. Abondoned trucks and trailers around hotel. Lots of rubbish and beggars selling tissues to cars on traffic lights. Highly not reccomend and definitely far away from 4 stars hotel.

Clean rooms and comfy bed, good breakfast. The sound proofing of the rooms were terrible, we were on ground floor and with the room door closed you could still hear all the noise from the lobby, this made it impossible to sleep in the morning. You could also hear all the conversations from people walking the corridor and the doors make a very loud noise when they close - enough to wake you up from your sleep.
