Location only Internet was horrible, no complimentary water upon arrival, dirty molded shower seems, lights in bath room not working, poor room lighting, no safe in the room, AC was just inefficient. But the staff was awesome!

In room have insects

The wall by the toilet and where the shower is were not clean. Also, by the tap of the bath is really dirty. By the basin, the space to put soap had hair. Around the room I could see dust. Although I like the hotel I wish the cleaning was done properly.

Three words. Where it’s at No major complaints

Room was big but that was it Room was dirty, shower wasnt working as it should and technician never came so we couldnt shower in our room. We asked for adjacent rooms but didnt get it. Fortunately the other room was two doors further so we couldve had a shower there. The air conditioning wasnt working cause it is something seasonal? The room was like a sauna.

Didn’t have enough to be entertained at night because it is at a place we don’t have anything nearby

Close to the airport, clean, super comfortable beds, has a bar and restaurant on property. Really good value for money. The neighborhood is not pretty and not much that can be done around there (shopping, restaurants, etc).

The man at the reception who seems to have numerous different jobs did an excellent job. He should get a promotion. The overall software system was down and we could not use the elevator that needs the key card. Hd to wait for 20 minutes to get helped by someone with a general key card.

It would have been great for the property to DISCLOSE that they are under renovation. To make sure guests can decide whether to book or not.

Perfect place to stay for an overnight caused by a canceled flight. I appreciated how close the hotel was to the airport and how easy it was to check in after midnight. The breakfast offered a wide selection, and the hotel is located near a bus stop. The room was clean, spacious, quiet, and comfortable. I traveled from the U.S., and my devices could not connect to the complimentary Wi-Fi. However, the woman at the front desk helped me connect using the phone at reception, which was super helpful. I also had some issues finding the entrance to the hotel, but a phone call helped us locate the correct entrance.

The facility was exceptionally good I really enjoyed my stay everything was Spock and span, the staffs were so courteous and helpful the buffet breakfast was great and the location is very central.
