À la salle à manger le soir, DJENNA est merveilleuse. Elle donne du temps au client et porte l'attention aux petits détails afin que celui-ci soit bien. Victor rend de fier service au client.

Easy to find. All went downhill after leaving Paris and arriving in Nimes to stay at a property booked through one of your One Key partners. My request for an alternative accommodation so far met by deaf ears and I should contact the host. The host is not interested in offering a solution, because there isn't one. An equivalent to the Gaza Strip cannot be transformed into St George's Hill, Weybridge.

On me demande alors une caution de 100 €, sans que cela n’ait jamais été mentionné auparavant. Je refuse de payer, on me met sur le côté et on ne me donne la carte de la chambre qu’une fois tous les autres clients passés. Je soupçonne qu’ils utilisent cette caution pour arnaquer les clients, en retenant l’argent sous prétexte de dégradations, car les chambres sont déjà en mauvais état : porte de salle de bain gonflée impossible à fermer, pommeau de douche quasi inutilisable, quelle que soit la température ou la pression. Seuls points positifs : les draps étaient propres et un service de nuit est disponible. Ils laissent l'option de repartir plus tard ou arrivé plus tard mais cela a un coûts 30€ . Je ne recommande pas.

Hotel is prima. Schoon en al. Alleen de omgeving is een beetje sceptisch, met een soort vluchtelingen verblijf?

Great hotel

The property entrance is hidden, which can be a safety issue if you're arriving after dark by public transport (although Uber will drop you at their front door). The carpet and bedsheets were stained, and there was a strong cigarette smoke smell in the room; there were hairs on the bed, so it hadn't been cleaned properly.

Get what you pay for though this was an expensive expense for the room we got. Dated. In desperate need for some paint. Room was cleaned daily and as good as they can but.... As we were there over a weekend they had a buffet. Find a local steakhouse. Not tempted by the breakfast. 5 out of 10 is a good score and that i give as there was free parking!

It was an average experience. Staff needs to be more customer friendly.

Fortunately they have a secured parking.

Unfortunately it was the only hotel with availability everything else was booked.

I had an 8 night stay @ Kyriad Le Blanc-Mesnil Hotel. The first 7 days were fine, the staff was friendly and helpful. It was an asset that I speak basic French. Unfortuntately, my very last day, an intimidating, violent, unprofessional and possibly mentally ill person with whom I have had no contact before came to my door and threatened me physically b/c I had not been adherent to the rules of cleaning, meaning I had declined 'menage' or housekeeping services. Apparently after 7 days that is a rule, but no one advised me of that...my room was fine, you would not have even found or smelled a cigarette. I had gone to the hotel/area to take a break from the chaos in Paris. But this man yelled at me at the top of his lungs, lied because although my room was paid for until the next day he said he would place me out on the street with a reimbursement which was false b/c I pay hotels.com and mostly truly scared me which is a shame because all the other staff had been very accommodating, friendly and respectful in their duties as tourism/hotel staff. I have been with hotels.com, and with the exception of 1 or 2 minor situations in which I was assisted, although I feel like the service has declined in the last couple of years, for the FIRST time I had to call the local police as well as the U.S. embassy to advise them as to the situation that had taken place, primordially for my safety. I do not like to give bad reviews, but in this case I had fear for my safety.

The lobby was great and they had everything you could need since shops and restaurants are a little far. The food was good and the cleaning staff was very fast and efficient.
