Room was very nice, clean, modern. Kitchenette available, laundry/dryer available. Very spacious. Onsite parking, subject to availability. The unmanned check in system caused stress since the check-in app got frozen. I had to call someone to get the room key. I could not got through the contract number on my first attemp from my roaming sim. The internet access for my room was not set up. Again, because the hotel dies not have any onsite staff, it took back and forth to get that resolved over a few hours

We loved the spacious room and the large kitchen area, which provided great convenience and allowed us to cook our own meals. The room was very clean and offered excellent security for our family. The noise from the floor above was quite disturbing, especially when children were running in the neighboring room. It would be great if the hotel could improve soundproofing between rooms to enhance guest comfort

It's cozy and clean. Beds for double is big. Suitable for families with children. There is no lift. we have to carry our luggage and stuff using the stairs.

How close it was to the train station, within a 5-minute walk. The bus stop was also close by. Rooms were pretty clean and decent. The neighborhood was also quiet. Highly recommended!

Only minus was that there is no staff at the hotel and every request needs to made by phone.

Very large apartment. The bathtub is smart, which my gals like that much. The washing machine doesn’t have laundry dryer function

Spacious for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable. Had a washing machine which we used and dried our laundry out in the bathroom using the dry mode and it was all dried out the next morning. It was abit cold without the heater on. We didnt know where to on for hot water at the wash basin and only realised that hot water had to be on inside the bathroom.

The apartment is spacious The apartment is not clean. There was a nose spray underneath the sofa. There were no instructions in other languages e.g English for the washing machine, aircon and bathtub. There was no lift landing for second level and we had to carry the heavy luggage up.
