The hotel is located right downtown, thus very difficult to reach if you are driving. Does not offer parking on site. The city's downtown area is not easy to drive, if you have a car. It is walkable tho....Even if you take a cab they leave you a bit far from this hotel. the advangae is that you can walk everywhere. just step out of the hotel and you are in the main square, with lots of restaurants to choose from. Rooms are extremely small, thus not very confortable. also getting to one's room is cumbersome, with very narrow corridors. The breakfast is ok. but nothing to write home about....... Rooms are susper small and getting to one's room very cumbersome.......

nice room, clean, comfortable great location breakfast not good

Location, facility. The stairs (entrance) were little tight.

Great, central location steps away from the Popes Palace and shopping! Room had AC, lots of space, modern bathroom with a large shower, and comfortable beds. Stayed on top floor which had a great view but was stuffy even with AC. A fan would have been helpful. We did stay during a heatwave. Great breakfast included! Recommend this hotel and location. Noteworthy: Uber could not find us near this hotel. Have Uber pick up outside the city wall. You need to walk about 10-15 minutes.

The room is a little small
-
Extremely convenient; centrally located. Unable to correct an issue with booking.

The two rooms were adjacent to each other. We were able to connect the room; and they were very spacious. The rooms just got so hot because of the sun from the outside.

Location

Location was great. Great selection of restaurants in the immediate area. Close to some major attractions. Size of room was great. Immediate neighborhood was very walkable with many interesting shops and close to the open market. Nothing to add here.

Nothing to say here

There was a line to check in because they don’t start till 4:00. Stood in line for 20 minutes.

Great front desk staff, hotel was very clean and a good location in town. The breakfest buffet was excellent and the wait staff were terrific. Rooms were modern, clean and very quiet. We highly recommend The Kyriad Avignon.

Location was excellent. Stairs to room were difficult. Room was tiny.

An absolute nightmare. We walked into our room around 5pm. The drapes were open, room facing the town square, sun blazing in, I have a little thermometer on my key chain, it was 32 degrees Celsius in the room. Windows hot, even the curtains were hot to the touch. We turned on the minuscule air conditioner which blows warm against the wall next to the door. 1 hour later, no change. I went downstairs, spoke to the woman who had checked us in, she just shrugged a shoulders and said “Don’t know” and went back to her computer. All rooms were booked, even though there were still some unoccupied rooms, she refused to let us change room. We went out for a walk, had some dinner, came back around 10pm, the room was still an oven. After a cold shower, just lying on the bed with the covers on the chair, we were sweating in minutes. Finally we opened the window, which at 10.30 on a Saturday night is not the best idea. People talking, yelling, dogs barking, music, etc. We went back to the front desk to push for a different room, nobody there, rang the bell, nothing. Ghost town. Side note. We were on the top floor, which means in May, the sun is still pouring in at 8.30PM. It was a miserable night. If anyone reading this is considering the Kyriad, insist for a room facing the back. But even so, the AC is so weak, you might be in trouble. Things were so bad, I am filing a complaint with Booking.com to ask for a partial refund. Good luck Edit, i have received a 30 euros refund which is peanuts for what I paid considering we did not get any sleep. The hotel followed up with some ridiculous "this is the best we can do" and "the staff was not our usual person, she was filling in", so I guess that is meant to be OK. Advice" Don't stay there. Many other choices available, and the staff behaves like angry Parisians.

Located right in the heart of the city center plaza with dozens of restaurants. Super comfortable beds. Air conditioning kept up with the 90 deg F outside. The narrow spiral staircases made it seem like we were staying in a medieval castle.
-
AC doesn’t work properly and the temperature was around 35-36 degrees. It was really hard to sleep in the room.
-
Close to town center No AC on a hot day
-
We enjoyed the room, having elevators, and a good breakfast!
-
The location is good. The stairs and layout are a bit of a maze.

The room and bathroom were very small. The towels were VERY thin and never replaced or even hung properly during our stay. The daily service was making the bed - nothing more.
