Location - it is right in the town center, and close to everything. The facilities are in good maintenance. Good bathroom amenities. Complimentary water, juice and tea all day long. The property is beautiful with a garden and a guest lounge. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast starts from 8.30 am which is quite late if you want to have an early start of the day. Breakfast is French-style, and adequate. It could be better if there are eggs at breakfast.

Wonderful BnB in an old historic building, in the heart of Avignon. Our hosts were very nice, and communicated with us directly before and on our arrival day. Room was very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was good (traditional European breakfast with croissants and jams, and a bit of fruit and yoghurt), and there was a common fridge to store our own fruit and water. Nespresso machine in the common area to get the first morning coffee. Not a complaint, but merely a fact - the hotel is in the old inner city, so vehicle access (unless you drive a tiny car) is very hard. The recommended parking lot is about 300m away, and it#s easy to park there and walk in - just more difficult if you have a lot of luggage.

Beautiful room and common areas. The outside patio and garden provide a peaceful place to unwind.

It was quaint with a beautiful back garden to sit in. Host was most attentive. The property is on a very narrow street that Taxis WILL NOT drive down so you must walk 4-5 blocks out to the taxi which is worth it but is formidable when you get dropped off in the middle of a street and you don’t know where to go. Only for adventure types or first language French speakers.

The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed. Loved the shower! Wonderful breakfast each mornings. We also loved the garden. A wonderful place to relax at the end is the day. Not an issue, but there is no lift so you need to use the stairs.
