Cleanliness and the location is good for a tourist. They made our bed every day and clean the room and change the towels. They provided soap and toilet paper. The bed was tough for me.

Great location steps from Palace of Popes and nearby sights and restaurants. Room was small - not surprised. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast.

Folks at reception were helpful and friendly. Room modernly furnished but not over the top. Breakfast buffet might have been less expensive. We ate out for breakfast.

My stay was amazing! The location is perfect, the staff were so kind and helpful and the room was very comfortable! I will stay there again on my next visit!!

The hotel is nice and charming with its medieval touch. Very quiet and clean room, the staff was very nice. Comfortable beds, useful AC, clean and modern bathroom. Very central to everything to do in Avignon and only about a 7 minutes walk to the popes palace. Nothing. The room overlooks an interior patio and I guess it can be a bit noisy if people use it at night or for their breakfast in the morning but that wasn't an issue for our stay.

There were several bright electronic lights in the room that we had to cover up to sleep.

Great hotel. Will recommend it and come back. Helpful and friendly staff. We did not take the buffet breakfast but ate at a nearby place. The location within the old city was great, on a quiet street with virtually no vehicular traffic. Rooms very modern in style in a good way.

Extremely convenient for walking. Our UBER driver had difficulty finding it. No problem with the Taxi on departure. For us was in the midst of everything we wanted to see. A shortish walk to get to pick up area for tours. The feel was great with the entrance on a narrow cobblestone street like most of Avignon but not in a busy area so was very quiet. Just the relax3 atmosphere we were after. The staff was great! Very attentive to our needs and very friendly. Top notch. Was tiny. But that is likely true of most places to stay in Avignon.

This is a hidden gem in Avignon. Small, quiet, comfortable, yet in the middle of important sights and great restaurants. The staff was helpful in every way possible. Their dining suggestions were excellent.

The room was very clean and neat. We like the open window and curtains. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast and dinner offerings were so nice and helpful. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. The lighting was strange, and a bit frustrating. The lights by the 2 sides of the bed shone right in your eyes and didn't really help much in lighting up the room. A ceiling light on both sides of the room would have been great. The bedside lights could have been much more pleasant and useful.

God location. Close to metro. Quiet Room smelled of cleaner. Old musty carpets.

Great location, very nice and helpful staff, and quiet. Our suite was clean and comfortable. Towels were rough and worn.

central location, tea in the room, breakfast available if you wanted, housekeeping was available but I asked them only for tea and they were great about that the hall lights came on in delay and that unnerved me a bit, the room was small- as expected, could use thicker towels, a little loud the second night

Google lousy directions. Please let guest know that they just need to go to paid parking and walk. And no luggage carts available. Pack accordingly

It was central with easy access to facilities. The toilet wasn’t very good. In the room we could listen to noises in the street especially at night, when youngsters were passing by. As to the room some other customer complained to us that that she was annoyed because we were talking too loud… I believe that the walls were not thick enough…

The location was central and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted/needed to go. We liked everything.
