Room was small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the garden was beautiful to sit in. Location and staff were wonderful. It was a little small for 4 adults but we were only there for one night.
-
Great location of you come by train or car, excellent value for money!
-
Big beds excellent breakfast Too close to the tracks

The exterior of the hotel is poor, but the rest of the hotel is very nice and clean. The hotel is immediately adjacent to the train station and it can be somewhat noisy.
-
The location is next to the train station, reserved parking is provided in need. Staff are friendly and responsive.

Great location. The rooms in the main house look great but we were put in a separate side unit and it was not very nice. Floors not cleaned well either.
-
Again location: railway station is your neighbor. You better close the windows for the night. In our room the air conditioning wasn’t working. For the 1st of June it was bearable brace yourselves if you come in the middle of summer.

Very relaxing atmosphere

I have been solo traveling all over France for the last couple months-I was like lucky enough haven’t encounter anything to complain about, always excellent and welcoming customer service. I could have brushed off all other issues, but the bedbugs and the musty smell of the mattress took my peace of mind.

The gentleman on check in was lovely and made us feel very welcome. The hotel was clean but basic. Hadn’t realised how close to the train station we were- trains going past throughout the night kept us away.

The room is very spacious, the breakfast is like banquets - absolutely delicious and with a great variety. The hosts are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The bathroom could have somewhere for hanging the towels.

Good location near from city center. Nothing

Reasonable Unable to open the window at night for security reasons

This is a charming hotel. We had the room with the balcony overlooking the entrance and the little garden. The room was small, but manageable. Breakfasts were nice--plenty of choices. We were right by the train tracks & could hear the freight trains, but I happen to like the sound of trains. I would have liked a more relaxed breakfast. The TV news was on the whole time. The last thing I want to confront on waking is the news.

Close to station & Phillip was good to us

The breakfast room and food were nice When we pulled up outside the property I thought it was a derelict building, all the paintwork was peeling off and it looked like a slum. Our room was in an annex, the toilet pan was black and disgusting, the shower was the same and j refused to use it. The area immediately around the property was very run down too.

The staff were excellent, very welcoming and happy for us to leave the car on our last day at the hotel so we could explore more of the city. The breakfast was fantastic, and the location is really accessible for exploring Avignon.

Breakfast was very good indeed and dining room etc was excellent. Staff were very obliging. Bedroom was extremely small and cramped. Unable to walk around one side of the bed. No bulb in bedside lamp and stain on duvet. On arrival at room my wife had to clean the toilet seat , since there was excrement on it. Shower cubicle extremely small, especially with shower curtain in the way. This was room number 10, and assume it is used for one night only guests. We would have requested a different room or refund if our stay had been longer.
