The hotel’s location is excellent, within easy reach of both the train station and the old town. The room is small but perfectly manageable, with a large and comfortable bed. It was clean, and all the facilities were in good working order. I particularly liked the design, which is modern and quite inventive given the limited space. The main purpose of any hotel stay is a good night’s sleep, and unfortunately this was not possible. Although the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning functioned properly, the noise from the unit was comparable to that of a loud motorbike, making sleep extremely difficult. On the plus side, it is a good place to test noise-cancelling headphones; if you can sleep with those, the hotel may still suit you. My room was on the third (top) floor, so it is possible that rooms on lower floors are less affected.

ROOMS AND BREAKFAST WERE GOOD BUT THE RECEPTION WAS ON THE UPPER FLOOR WHICH COULDNT BE LOCATED IMMEDIATELY . NEED ALSO PARKING SPACE FOR BIGGER VEHICLES. THANK YOU RECEPTION AREA AND PARKINSPACEG

Staff at the reception wasn't help when we ask for more information, pointed us to the maps on the table. The room is very small and uncomforable without any air ventilation. Room window come with a key to open the multiple locks which makes it looks unsafe to open.
-
Great location for travelers with easy access to city center (just cross the street). Great coffee maker in room also cafe and drink station in facility. Extra quiet rooms due to double windows

Proximity to train station Ventilation system didn’t work

The hotel location is great. Staff were very nice & helpful. Comfortable beds. Room too small & ceiling is very low. Felt suffocated.

Jackhammers started at 9:00 am in what seems to be the room above ours.

Adjacent to train station. Comfy beds. Nice breakfast.

Best parts about this hotel are its proximity to the railroad station and its breakfast. It is literally feet from the Gare. Just turn right once you're out the door. If you walk to the street, you'll have difficulty finding the entrance. The breakfast is buffet and has a variety, including eggs, a plus for me. Others talk about the great view of the old city walls, but my view was of the railroad tracks, but that was ok. The room was large enough, clean, etc. View, but no problem. Although hotel is very close to Avignon Central RR station, beware that Avignon has two stations - who knew? I found out when I was waiting for my train to Paris. Luckily, I had enough time to take a train that connects to Avignon TVG, where my train was leaving from.

Location was excellent - walking distance to the center of the city with lots of places to eat. Also, just feet from the train station. Breakfast was good and opened very early. Rooms were quiet. Rooms were very tight - almost no place to open a suitcase. Felt like a dormitory room rather than a hotel. We were there during the theater festival, which we didn't expect, so it was very busy. Hotel itself, however was quiet.
-
On the doorstep of the train station Tiny room, only enough space to walk around the bed.

Although the rooms were on the small side, they were clean, quiet, and well-appointed. Comfortable bed, fabulous views of the old city walls, fabulous breakfast. If I'm ever again in Avignon I'll definitely book a room there! It was a little hard to find the entrance, but after that, no problems at all!

The location and the breakfast were good Their aircon system wasn’t working; for a 3 night stay, we transferred room on the second night, and almost did on the third night again except the orher room’s aircon wasn’t also working so they just gave us a n electric fan. Not comfortable at all.

Rooms are small but comfortable.

We picked the Ibis location because we planned to go to Pont de Gard aqueduct the next morning, on the bus located next door. The room was clean and the common areas were attractive. People at the desk were helpful and they stored our bags while we were gone. We were very satisfied with our one night stay. The hotel is above the street level and the taxi dropped us about a block away.
-
very close to the station which is super useful to explore the region. room was cold and small for the price. at night the street is not super safe

Location. Breakfast was poorly handled. Serving dishes stayed empty frequently.
