Front desk girls were great I needed a room for 4 people and the hotel did not take action to improve our sleeping arrangement so we had to drop a mattress over upstairs rail to alleviate this

Nice hotel on busy corner in city so try for a room away from street. Small room with 2 twin beds. Small bathroom. Good location for walking. Good breakfast. Nice patio but it was raining when we were there. Kept our bags while awaiting the room to be cleaned & the girl carried 2 heavy suitcases up the stairs for us! Cramped room & bathroom.

Very nice room

Nice location. Good breakfast and nice courtyard area. We were only there one night -- and did not spend a lot of time in the room. The room was pretty basic.

The location was good, on the edge of the old town, though it took some maneuvering on tight one-way lanes to find it. Staff were quite friendly and helpful, lent us a kettle and oriented us to the easiest walking routes. Description of the rooms as comfortable is false. They are cramped, and the climate control did not function properly. We heard our neighbors talking in rooms down the hall. We booked because of positive reviews and the mention of parking, but the parking is a couple of blocks away, and cramped.

Breakfast was great, location was great. We were on the continent for 2 weeks and this was our favorite night.

We liked the breakfast area, the place where the hotel was located and the staff. The terrace is a wonderful place to be and a good start of the day. The room was small, but nothing else of note. It wasn't too big of a problem.

The staff was very nice. My room was a bit dated but my sister’s room was very nicely updated. Very good breakfast and convenient location. I hadn't realized when booking that there is no elevator. Luckily we were able to upgrade to garden level rooms.

We stayed, en route to Montpellier. Location was very central. The young lady on reception was very attentive and helpful. Rooms were of a good size and well furnished. Breakfast was lovely and there's a shaded courtyard out back. The general ambience was very welcoming and we would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to fellow travellers. Excellent value for money. The car park is a across the road from the main entrance, but it is secure - so reserve, unless you want to take your chances on parking in the road outside.
