Location, the staff, and they had room available to securely store our tandem bicycle. Stairs to get in and out.

We enjoyed the location just across from the famous bridge, close to everything. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms are rather small.

We understand the facility is undergoing renovations starting October 2025. The facility is in need of some updates but our experience and o e night stay was terrific.

Location and staff. In the center of the city and super friendly and very helpful staff. My rating is for them. I wish there was no carpet or at least the carpet was vacuumed and washed. The stains in the hallway was kind of dirty and unpleasant, and there was a musty smell to it.

The a/c did not work - very disappointing when it is over 35 degrees Celsius. And we had a very happy dog beside our room.

Location is perfect, right outside the papal palace. They accept dogs. They have paid on-site parking (papal palace parking with direct access to hotel), which was very convenient. Great for exploring the city. Lots of great dining options nearby. Skip the on-site restaurant for dinner - go explore the city. It's fine, but there are better places within a 10-15 minutes radius by foot.

Location is perfect to explore the city but parking is communal so you have to pay extra for it Details of the cleanliness (sewage smell from sink and yellow rim, dust and rust in airvents, dirty bathroom ceiling). There's no ventilation in the bathroom so everything was getting humid. Not working AC, completely too hot in the room. For 4* hotel it would be nice if staff pays attention to the guest birthdays and make a note of it.

It was fairly clean The hotel doesn’t look as good as it does in the pictures, in the room there was no bin at all. And the room wasn’t the least pleasent thing we experienced, the staff was very unpleasent, we arrived very late pouring rain, and she asked us fo a 100 euros garantee, as tbe room was only 165 euros. The hotel has this policy (i don’t if it’s the same for all the people, or maybe they just discriminate…) to block the 100 euros on my card, but the deblocking it means at least 10-14 days till i see the money back in my account. At the least pleasent thing the receptionist did, was tell us 3-4 times that we don’t have breakfast included and we can not just go in an eat without paying with her first, 4 times si repeated this. I travel a lot but this never happend to me before!

Great location, with comfortable underground parking. Friendly staff. Hotel is more of a 3 stars than a 4. Rooms are dated, small, and could do with a freshen up.
