Great location and price. Housekeeping was virtually non-existent. No staff on hand.

Nice location. Nice town. The price is good. Everything is stylish and very adorable. Local savon ? in the bathroom. Couldn’t move in earlier (during two weeks of vacation there were just two places where the room wasn’t ready earlier).

Hot water is limited and enough for 1 person. The towels were stiff and do not have a fresh smell.

Location, character , room was very comfortable and well appointed with lots of personal touches apparent…excellent value…paid underground parking conveniently located nearby, and the instruction booklet was helpful. Communication of entry code to building and room was clear. A nearby square was available with restaurants and convenience store. No dislikes , but those booking who might have difficulty carrying luggage up stairs should be aware that there are stairs to reach rooms on the second and third floors. Also, as might be expected for a smaller auberge there is no onsite reception desk , if that is a concern.

I was impressed with how spacious our room was (and by the AC on a hot week) - we even had a lovely private courtyard. It felt like quintessential Provence. I could imagine being very comfortable there for a week and will definitely book again next time we go to Avignon. No complaints- we had minor trouble with the door code that the host quickly sorted out via phone.

Easy check in, clean room, all facilities we needed It would be nice to have a human there overnight in case of problems (early morning taxi that doesn’t arrive, etc.)

A wonderful large room with a great bed. Having access to a Kichen was also a bonus.

Centrally located, friendly and helpful staff, clean! Outside noise from people walking back to their locations after bars closed. Not the properties fault, but with windows open it disturbed our sleep.

Location is very close to all the major tourist attractions. Lots of restaurants within 10 minute walk. Grocery store right around the corner. Bus stop is only a 4 minute walk away. Well decorated and clean. Units are quite spacious and very functional.

I had a pleasant stay overall thanks to the hotel's fantastic location—surrounded by great restaurants and offering excellent value for the price. I would definitely consider staying here again on a return trip to Avignon. There was some troubles to lock our room door with the key pad. It just didn't work. I had to contact the manager to get the physical keys to lock it.

The apartment was absolutely perfect. We really enjoyed our stay there. The beds are very comfortable. The room is very large. They decor is very well done. The shared kitchen is an excellent concept. The location is right within city walls and walking distance to all attractions, restaurants, cafes! Would highly highly recommend. And would stay there again if ever we are in Avignon. Nothin!

Great location, nice setup with a shared kitchen space with others in the building, including a local who was a great source of information! The private courtyard is a very nice feature also.

The patio room was excellent. Everything worked and was lovely. Super comfortable bed. Great location. Parking was a challenge.

The property is very well decorated and is in an excellent location We arrived late in the afternoon on a very cold and windy day. The room was very cold when we arrived. We turned the heat on but it seemed to be blowing cool air. We tried to get it to work but couldn’t. We reached out to the contact and they were helpful in getting someone on their staff to come and try fix it. However, that did not fix it. We were gone for about 3 hours with heat turned on and returned to a cold room. They offered us a different room and said a technician would look at the heat the next day but that room didn’t seem any warmer. We ended up at a different hotel but were refunded our money. They handled our problem very professionally. Would give this property a try as it was very cute!

Spacious! Both the bedroom and the bathroom had ample space to move about. The coded entries to the building and then a second access code to the unit felt secure. The bed was super comfortable and the room was quiet. I didn't hear any other guests. The floor could have been cleaner. Other than that, it was fine. The building is a good walk from the main street. Walking at night felt overall safe, but would have felt safer with more street lights.
