We thoroughly enjoyed everything about the hotel, including its cleanliness, service, and food. Everywhere we turned, there were drinks available. We also appreciated the entertainment staff, who were friendly and positive, always smiling and making people laugh. Similarly, the restaurant staff was always cheerful and helpful, and the reception staff was also very friendly and kind. For us, we liked everything. Of course, other people may have different opinions and might not like certain things, but personally, we enjoyed everything and would give it 10/10.

Food was good, clean also. beach was nice too. front desk - very unfriendly while checking in. - PAID EXTRA 300$ ( cash) for an extra room, even though we booked for 4 people 2 adults 2 teens on booking.

This hotel is a gem. Wonderful staff, impeccable cleanliness, and fantastic food makes it a top choice. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. The culinary experience was easily a highlight of our trip. Every team member we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Location and facilities. Some of the staff members were rude, inappropriate and unfriendly especially their customer relation officer who instead of apologising for the behaviour of their staff was covering up for their colleagues. Very disappointed.

The beach is amazing. Staff are so polite, helpful and friendly. Cleanliness is excellent. The food options were quite limited with no variation over the 7 days we spent there

I liked that it was compact, the hotel is very close to the sea and its very comfy for the kids. The room is spacious again great for the kid, and the food is great! The staff at kids gameroom was very nice. One day i had to ask to clean the room 3 times, but they didnt clean it, even though the button was green and the room was open for cleaning. The kids machines next to the gameroom are out of order. I wish they were working. The lunch hours 12:30-14:00 was not very convenient for families with kids as they sleep during this time.

Everything was perfect. inside pool was closed? last few days. we had booked room 4132, 4138 and 7152. In 7152 , the housekeeping didnt give us bathroom stuff, like shampoo, body lotion and soap. Only at the first 2 days they had gave us. We was on “dont disturb “ even this they came in the room!

Weather was good. Hotel is a little tired, food with limited choice, staff not very welcoming. It was cheap but it also felt cheap. Definitely not a luxury hotel and I would not visit again. There are better hotels around.

We had family 10, including kids(2). Exceptional good service, friendly stuff! Great food (icecream, wafels…?)and some import alcohol (not wine). Nice clean rooms and we liked that beach and pool area were nearby. Really good entertainment team and evening shows. Norm gym. Lot’s of russians - shouting and smoking (even in the kids show) nobody deal with them… Photographer is very arrogant. In the nightclub mainly russian music…? Why? IRISH Pub - name is totally wrong. There is nothing irish.. Pics on the walls: Elvis, Marilyn Monroe, E.Clapton etc. irish…?? Drinks: NOTHING irish even whiskey is scottish, not talking about Guinness beer..Music coming from nice bartender’s phone (!) - turkish or russian…

The property has wonderful architecture and the building is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and the view is lovely. They could expand the alcohol wine selection.

The staff provided exceptional service. The all-inclusive amenities, relaxing atmosphere, and abundance of entertainment options made for an unforgettable experience. Additionally, the culinary experience exceeded our expectations with a wide array of delicious options available. Overall, it exceeded all my expectations, and I can't wait to return in the future! The lack of functioning air conditioning in our room was disappointing, especially given the hot weather in Turkey. It would have been helpful if the resort had provided clearer communication about any issues or maintenance issues prior to our arrival or at check-in. We felt that some of the activity coordinators could improve in maintaining a more professional demeanor during interactions with guests.
