There was always something missing for the breakfast, either eggs or sausages or salami or cheese. It is not that they are not refilling stuff, but they are not very eager to do that.

The rooms were very clean and it was conveniently located to the bus stop to go downtown and the buses ran every fifteen minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were very good. Nothing

Great location and view. Staff was very forthcoming. Really big room, too big for two of us :) The room wasn't very clean, some spots on the couch etc. Amazingly small TV in the corner for such a big room. Pillows were very old and inconvenient. Everything around is closed very early and the restaurant in the hotel wasn't working the day of our stay at all. As a bonus for breakfast - two very sad brown bananas at the edge of their decease...

While the hotel was perfectly fine, I expected more from the restaurant. I missed the fine Austrian dining experience that the menu suggested. Portions were big but, in my opinion, less would be more. If you are looking for a more rustic dining experience, however, the restaurant and food will definitely please you.

We booked this location because it was the best it was close to the Swaroski Museum which was fabulous. Also, because we were going to tour Innsbruck the next day and it is VERY close. We also did the Alpine Coaster that was close, so the location really suited our needs. The rooms were okay. Nothing fancy, but clean. The beds were comfy. Balcony and view from the room was exceptional. Our balcony was shared. Check in and check out were easy with a friendly staff. The rooms were nothing fancy, but were comfortable. The towels were very scratchy. The breakfast bar was a huge NO for all of us as the flies were on all of it. So, so much for a free breakfast. They need to get the fly screen baskets. Also, it was very hot, and they had no fans to accommodate the heat.

Excellent meal. Shared balcony with strangers. Very warm in room. No elevator, was in 3rd floor. Right on main road, so very loud.
