The room was maculate beautifully decorated. The shower perfect. I would thoroughly recommend it as base for the Harriet Way or any local walks. Location is perfect and Pete and Debra went above and beyond to reunite me with a lost charger the day after I left.

Peter is a fantastic host, nothing too much trouble. The room was excellent, cold water available from a fridge outside the room and a lovely continental breakfast - croissants straight from the oven! I was hiking the Herriot Way and this is an excellent stopping point. Dinner available at a nearby hotel.

I booked this property the day before and day of my wedding and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Pete’s attentiveness and friendliness was above and beyond, from delicious breakfast, beautiful comfy rooms and stunning views it was worth every penny. Thanks Pete for everything and I highly recommend if you stay here you won’t regret it :)

Spacious room, well furnished. Restful, quiet. Great stand-alone bath with plenty of hot water. Local soap, nice touch. Lovely hosts with local knowledge and concerned to ensure our needs were met. Room upgrade on first night greatly appreciated. Had considered staying at Aysgarth Falls hotel but preferred this, no pub or building site noise and a huge room. Nothing although apologies for spraying the bedroom with the shower hose whilst I worked out the bath taps!
