Azzano Holidays Bed & Breakfast

I love it this place . Believe me the pictures here it’s nothing compared with in person . It’s much better . It’s gorgeous the place . The breakfast is amazing with lot delicious. The bus stop in in front of the building super easy to go anywhere . The other side of the street has a amazing cafe we eat lasanha that I’m still dreaming to come back and try again . So cozy this place. I wake up with the sound of a church bell like in the movies . My window door it was so charming .The church is up hill .Jisr book. Mt experience it was amazing. I forgot something and they try it return to me .

It was a very clean and comfortable room. Good value for the price paid. The customer service is exceptional. Jessica is extremely responsive and helpful. You get a small town/rural vibe from the area, it is very relaxing to wind down. The people are very friendly. The patio was a bit small and the roof was not that high.

Excellent location with free parking. Simple accommodation, but very well designed rooms. Attentive staff. Very clean rooms and bathrooms.

Everything here was beyond excellent. From the view of the room balcony to the friendly service, I felt very accepted. Almost like a home away from home. The locals are very nice and location is only a 15 minute walk from all the restaurants by the lake.

loved the view from my room overlooking the town and most importantly, the lake, it was amazing to look at every day of my stay location was further than i realised from lake como, had to wait for a long time for the bus to arrive and the journey itself was also one hour. on the other hand, it was next to a supermarket which is really convenient, but a 20 mins walking distance from the nearest piers to visit other towns as there wasn't much in Azzano.

The location is amazing, we had a balcony with a stunning view! Bus station just across the street which made it easy to reach. Easy check in. Very helpful and kind staff, gave us nice local recommendations in the area. Nice pancakes and local grapes which was my fav for breakfast. We had an issue with the door lock which got sorted out on the same day. Would recommend this stay. Maybe a more comfortable thicker bedding but it wasn’t too bad anyway.

The staff was friendly and the parking was very easy. There was great shower water pressure, and the AC during the summer was amazing. The bed a bit dated, but honestly comfier than you would expect.

The bathroom was clean and well sorted with soap and shampoo. The room was a decent size. The balcony was beautiful to sit in. The pillows were extremely flat, and there’s no contact with reception because there isn’t one. The hotel owner was kind to keep my luggage but that involved at the foyer where it is not manned by anyone. Luckily lake Como is very safe. And the owner was happy to keep my things upstairs in a hallway for more security. It’s just that the accommodation felt very hostile with little to no contact with staff.

Jessica was extremely helpful. Check in was easy and the location was great. It was very hot outside and the AC worked fantastically. We’ll definitely stay here again when visiting Lake Como.

What a fabulous find. This is such a gem. Jessica is efficient and very clear and helpful. Our room was so warm and cosy - spacious and amazing bathroom and a balcony view of the lake - heaven. Loved the lady who made our coffee in the morning and wish we could express our gratitude in Italian. A wonderful and memorable stay in Como - would recommend absolutely. Convenient laundry opposite Everything perfect.

The View! You will not find a better view of the lake at a price anywhere close to this! Friendly staff and an adorable and tasty breakfast
